DAS Mondschein Aktiv&Wohlfühlhotel In Nova ponente

We were spontaneously rebooked into this hotel after needing a last-minute overnight stay on our return journey. Luckily for us, it was a 4-star hotel. Both inside and out, the hotel impressed us with a perfect blend of comfort and warmth, as well as modernity and cleanliness. We were given a cute room with three beds, all of which were perfectly located. Early in the morning, we were even allowed to use the spa area on the first floor, which was truly fantastic. I have never seen such a beautifully designed area. Someone had really put a lot of thought into it. We received a warmer welcome at breakfast than we have ever received. The staff member acted more like a friend and knew all the guests by name. We felt wonderfully well looked after and were treated with healthy drinks, Bavarian sausages, and great attention. There is a huge selection: gluten-free products, oat milk and lactose-free milk, five different juices, eggs boiled for 5, 7, or 10 minutes, or scrambled. Everyone received a sheet with the latest information on the program, weather, news... We were absolutely thrilled. A very inviting, luxurious hotel, which is definitely a great place to stay in winter, especially when combined with skiing. We also really enjoyed the beautiful view of the surrounding forest! Parking was also available directly at the hotel :)

It's simply brilliant to be able to enjoy these roads, curves, and switchbacks in this setting within a 150-km radius. I'm thrilled with the 5-star biker hotel near Bolzano, and I won't keep it to myself. The breakfast buffet and the 5-course menu are particularly impressive. From the hotel, you can set off in practically any direction. A road book with more than 25 personalized tour suggestions is available. At the regulars' table, you get to know other bikers. You can even set off together if you'd like.

Four of us were there on our motorbikes and immediately felt at home...the staff is super attentive and friendly...the food is incredibly good, and you feel like you're dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant...a wide selection, both at breakfast and dinner. No wish goes unfulfilled. The hotel is family-run with complete dedication. Everything you need for relaxation is there...sauna, spa, and relaxation room...simply fantastic.

A beautiful hotel with excellent service, a very family-friendly atmosphere, and a welcoming atmosphere—a holiday to feel good and enjoy. The food is very varied and leaves nothing to be desired. A wonderful breakfast every morning. The wellness area has a pool and loungers for relaxing. A sauna and steam bath are also available for those who like it hot. There are covered parking spaces for motorcycles. The hotel is centrally located for beautiful motorcycle tours; no long commutes.

It's truly a wonderful hotel in a great location. The breakfast and dinner were simply delicious and, above all, plentiful. There's ample parking, the wellness area is beautiful, and the rooms are outstanding. The best part, however, is the staff's cheerful demeanor. With outstanding service, they manage to put you in a good mood in the morning and provide a wonderful start to the day. I can wholeheartedly recommend it :)

We had a truly wonderful time at Mondschein, first and foremost because of the warm welcome from the staff, who were always available and super friendly, then the cleanliness of the rooms and the truly fantastic food, always varied and different and of the highest quality. Thanks to Mondschein for the service they gave us, I recommend everyone to visit them.

Extremely friendly staff, Nina is always available and attentive to every detail. They take great care to adapt each dish based on allergies, intolerances, or preferences. Excellent cuisine and a generous breakfast buffet. The pool is lovely, and the spa has everything you need. Convenient location for reaching various valleys for excursions.

We've been staying here since August 12th, and to say we're having a GREAT time is an understatement! The hotel is beautiful, recently renovated, has convenient parking in front and to the side, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel! Everyone who works there is fantastic, super kind, and available to accommodate any request. The owner, Nina, is EXCEPTIONAL! They're always energetic, smiling, and always ready to ask how your day went! They're very knowledgeable about excursions to do in the area! The food is excellent; we've never found a dish we didn't like! If you can't eat something on the menu, they're always happy to suggest alternatives! It's been a fantastic holiday for us, and we're so sorry it's almost over, but we're sure we'll definitely be back! Everyone makes you feel at home and pampered.
