A beautiful little restaurant in the heart of Sora's historic center, where you can enjoy dinner in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The dishes, from appetizers to main courses, offer full and intense flavors, and the quality of the ingredients is extremely high. I ordered the Maresciallo appetizer, rich and tasty, and the mixed roast beef to finish off the meal. The meat was very good, cooked just as I requested. There's a good selection of wines, all topped off by a warm, courteous, and professional welcome and service. I will definitely return when I'm in the Sora area!

If you're looking for the authentic flavors of Ciociaria tradition combined with a touch of sophistication, Trattoria del Maresciallo is a must-try. I had the studio's pre-Christmas dinner here, and we were immediately impressed by the beautiful location in a stunning setting, just like "Canceglie" during the holiday season. However, it was the first and second courses that left us speechless. The maltagliati with guanciale and chickpea cream are a perfect balance of textures: the creaminess of the chickpeas perfectly complements the crunchiness of the guanciale, a heart-warming dish. ​The real highlight, however, was the red wine stew: tender meat that literally melts in the mouth, and a rich, fragrant, and deeply flavorful sauce. You can taste the carefully selected ingredients and the expertly slow cooking. ​Special mention goes to the service, which was absolutely excellent. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and makes you feel welcome from the first moment to the last, with a courtesy that's hard to find elsewhere these days. ​An impeccable gastronomic experience that I highly recommend to anyone passing through Sora.

When you enter this restaurant, it feels like you've gone back 50 years; time has stood still. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the owner is helpful and friendly. The food is excellent; the use of seasonal ingredients makes it all exquisite. I recommend it to everyone.
