Incredible flavor, incredibly friendly and reliable service. A smile on everyone's face, and a truly top-notch menu focus. The flavor, atmosphere, and service speak for themselves. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to experience authentic Italian cuisine.

I stopped by by chance and found excellent Neapolitan pizza in a truly refined setting, with a young, meticulous waiter who was very attentive to the guests' needs. The price was reasonable and in line with expectations. Update: On this last visit, we had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Gaetano, the founder of the business, who further enhanced our appreciation of his place by telling us about his history as a pizza chef in the business he has been running for over 50 years.

Authentic Neapolitan pizza in Bolzano! Soft and light dough, a thick crust, and quality ingredients. Fast and friendly service, simple yet welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for good pizza, you'll definitely find it here. But the place has little to offer in the summer. The outdoor terrace is on Bolzano's busiest street, right next to a traffic light... There was no room outside, so we sat inside... no air conditioning or fans, unfortunately, the heat was truly unbearable. We ordered water: it was room temperature!!! Although they brought us ice, unfortunately it wasn't enough. We won't choose it again in the summer, but we will return in the winter to enjoy the excellent pizza.

27/09/2025: We stumbled upon this place yesterday and it was a pleasant surprise. The dumplings in broth were delicious, and the goulash was excellent. We returned today, and the pork shank with sauerkraut was excellent and very filling.
