A bright and welcoming place. A wide and varied menu that caters to small, simple palates, or those looking for something more than a simple burger. Quality ingredients, fresh and authentic, are evident from the first bite. You immediately understand that this isn't your typical gourmet sandwich shop, with high prices and poor quality frozen food. The simple fact that some of the raw ham selections aren't always available in large quantities should make you think about the freshness of the product, which isn't always easy to find. Most, if not all, of the ingredients and sauces inside, in my opinion, are homemade, and this is evident from the flavor, which isn't enriched by ketchup and other sauces, but is fresh, delicate, and authentic. From this, we can deduce that the people in the kitchen who put together the products sold aren't underpaid, clueless people, but cultured people who know their stuff. Just thinking about the open kitchen, which shows everything that goes on behind the scenes, should give you pause. It's not the architect's choice, but rather a "look at me, I have nothing to hide, order, ingredients, and cleanliness." As for the sandwich composition, you can see the care, order, and passion that goes into its creation. I'm leaving this review after having tasted almost the entire menu. It's not my first time here, and it won't be my last. Forget the Instagram ads and enjoy this enormous culinary expertise.

Not the fastest, but the wait is worth it with really excellent sandwiches, bread, meat, chips, everything really good......highly recommended

I love this place, run by young and very passionate people. You can see it from the quality of the product they offer and the quiet and friendly environment they create! The fries are not the classic fried ones but have a breading that I have only found here. The sandwiches are delicious, for all tastes, refined but not unnecessarily sophisticated. 32st smash burger my favorite ever🫶🏼
