The tagliatelle with chanterelles and spring onion were the perfect solution to start lunch after a morning on one of the via ferratas in the valley. The roasted peaches with mascarpone cream and biscuit crumble were the best way to end it. The quality of the ingredients is undeniable, as is the courtesy and helpfulness of the dining room staff. As a backdrop, the convivial and engaging furnishing choices of the venue.

Der Service, die Speisekarte und auch die Qualität der Speisen waren ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Der Garten des Lokals ist hübsch nahe der Etsch gelegen.

Super well eaten. Nice service and nice ambience. We sat outside with a view of the mountains. Nicely located on the bike path and not far from the motorway. Recommended for a stop. Great location.

I ate very well, they are very kind and the environment is truly special... For the summer there is a beautiful terrace near the river and the cycle path!

Ci siamo fermati a pranzo rientrando dalle ferie estive per interrompere il viaggio (come hanno fatto altre persone) e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia dalla bontà e qualità delle pietanze sia dalla gentilezza del personale. Eravamo nella veranda esterna, che costeggia la pista ciclabile lungo l'Adige ed abbiamo scelto il piatto Schweizer ovvero una composizione di carni, verdure, polenta, uova (di gallina e quaglia) e formaggi da grigliare in autonomia al tavolo su una piastra apposita che il cameriere ci ha portato (in verità era troppo caldo per scegliere questa pietanza ma è andata bene lo stesso) assieme ai condimenti e che si è rivelato un eccellente abbinamento di sapori che ha soddisfatto a pieno i nostri palati; per rinfrescarci abbiamo poi preso un buonissimo gelato alla vaniglia accompagnato da piccoli assaggi di scaglie di mandorla, pasta di cacao, Marshmallows e frutti di bosco serviti a parte e da unire al gelato, un'idea originale e da noi molto gradita. 2 ottimi caffè hanno chiuso il pranzo, il cui conto finale è risultato in linea con altri locali della zona e che in ogni caso rispecchia l'eccellente qualità delle materie prime.
