Balance and good work. The complicated world of gastronomy shows how measured awareness gives rise to quality collective work.
If the smoked eel shines with relevance in the first courses, the quality of the fish is appreciated in an indoor space. Perhaps they should solve the crunchiness that accompanies the bluefish tartar to be more delicate.
Outstanding pasta dishes with notable taste. Both the ravioli, the spaghetti and the blue potato gnochettis.
Rich is the generous piece of octopus, which could have a more intense accompaniment to generate other contrasts.
And the piece of meat, a beef that was somewhat elongated in its cooking, did not shine as it should despite its extraordinary quality. Sometimes less is always more.
Magnificent wine list at correct prices and Riedel glasses that are always very appreciated.
Exemplary service, attentive, polite and very gentle.
The field of desserts is simpler despite the progress in savory dishes.
Beautiful place that is well worth a visit.

Local and seasonal products. Delicious risotto with asparagus. Instead, for the usual menu choice I suggest the tartare with a decidedly interesting quality/price ratio! The sublime oil. Special bread. Particular location, with artistic decorations. #Fratta Approved

Conoscevo già questo ristorante, ero stata varie volte con la ex gestione dei fratelli Manna. E mi sono sempre trovato bene.
Viste le belle recensioni dopo la nuova gestione affidata alla sorella, abbiamo scelto di pranzare il giorno di Pasqua.
Non ho trovato tutta questa eccellenza decantata nelle recensioni, anzi piuttosto delude sia la presentazione che il sapore delle pietanze. Prezzo piuttosto alto rapportato all' offerta gastronomica.
