26/01/2025: Siamo stati a cena in famiglia,la location carina ma poca scelta di carne .
Una semplice grigliata mista ,con tagliere di salumi.
Buono ma mancano comunque i contorni che servirebbero x accompagnare tutto il resto ,non fanno frittura come patatine o polpette o altro ,ne altri tipi di contorni.
Si mangia solo affettato ,formaggio e classica carne grigliata con poca scelta.
Menu troppo ridotto a mio parere ad un prezzo comunque nella media.
25/01/2025: A place located in the Sernova countryside, a little difficult to find as the road is not lit at all and there are no signs, but fortunately with Google Maps it was easier to find it.
The business opens from Thursday to Sunday. As established here in the timetable, you can book by calling the telephone number.
Very nice and welcoming atmosphere, with attention to the smallest details.
At the entrance there is a large counter with a very clean and schematic display of meat, while around it there is the sale of all the products they produce, pepper cream, jams and many types of wine.
As soon as we arrived we directly ordered the meat following the strict advice of the counterman to avoid waste.
We ordered slices of wild boar meat which were cooked well and had a fairly tasty flavor but we didn't feel that typical wild flavor of wild boar, unfortunately the bowlettes were only one type and the sausage only two.
Platter of really varied cured meats and cheeses and above all very good and tasty.
I would have preferred a little more choice in the particularity of the bowlers and sausages, perhaps even finding the seasoned one.
Bombette: overcooked, they were almost crunchy.
However, in the description it is specified that only pork and wild boar meat is available.
The peculiarity that I didn't like was the fact that we weren't given a menu so we could order aperitifs or side dishes, we only managed to order a salad but unfortunately they brought it to us seasoned and this is honestly something that I didn't like at all because each of us has both health and taste needs for which perhaps we don't like vinegar or we don't like salt.
Apart from these two flaws, I can enthusiastically say that we had a pleasant evening but above all that the quality of the meat is really good.
