At dinner with friends, we all chose various types of single dishes made up of typical Trentino products. Very tasty, well cooked and served in a very short time despite the restaurant being almost full. Congratulations to Massimiliano and his staff!

Visited for lunch with the family. Convenient place near the center of Folgaria and very welcoming. Good typical cuisine and attentive and courteous staff, even my one year old daughter didn't miss anything (high chair, children's menu). Correct account. Advised!

Después de la agradable comida de la primera noche en este restaurante , volvimos en nuestras últimas 2 noches ya que después de haber probado otros dos restaurantes en Folgaria preferimos la comida aquí , buena relación calidad-precio, buen gusto , servicio rápido y el personal siempre estaba en la mano , siempre sonriendo . Intenté cada vez algo más y nuestros dos chicos disfrutaron también aunque uno puede ser muy quisquilloso.

El Panarel

14/08/2025: We had lunch at El Panarel after a pleasant walk in the woods from Canazei. The owner welcomed us, serving us quickly and kindly. I had the tuna and onion pizza, delicious, flavorful, and crispy, with an excellent sourdough crust. My wife had the ricotta gnocchi with porcini mushrooms, delicious, a specialty. We ate lunch at the outdoor tables, quiet and cool. The prices are very good for the Val di Fassa.
13/08/2025: Minimal location But the food was excellent and the service was super efficient.
