Excellent food, smiling and friendly staff, spacious tables and bright, clean environment, shame I only discovered it on the last day of the holiday. When we return to Folgaria we will definitely come back here to eat!!

Exquisite food, very welcoming environment. Everything went great, apart from the long wait to be seated at the table despite having a reservation.

This evening I had the pleasure of having dinner with my sister and brother-in-law at the "Da Giorgio" restaurant. As already mentioned to the property, excellent service, young, polite waiters, attentive to customer care, food definitely above expectations, varied cuisine and generous portions; to conclude, "honest" price. What can I say... Super recommended!!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Da Giorgio restaurant in Folgaria and I can only highly recommend it! As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a warm and typical atmosphere of an authentic mountain restaurant, perfect for relaxing after a day spent skiing. Even though we had to wait about 20 minutes for our table, the owner kindly offered us a delicious prosecco, making the wait pleasant and showing great attention towards customers. As for the cuisine, the dumplings and polenta were simply delicious, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients that enhanced the traditional flavors of the mountains. Each dish was a delight to the palate and made our dining experience truly memorable. Special thanks go to Giorgio, the owner, who stood out for his availability and kindness. He helped us by lending us a shovel to free our car from the heavy snow that fell during the night. This gesture demonstrated his generous spirit and dedication towards guests. In conclusion, Da Giorgio is a restaurant that I recommend without reservation to anyone visiting Folgaria. Great food, welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer service make this place a perfect choice for a pleasant evening in the mountains.

Was very surprised, super nice service who let us in despite many reservations. Ordering also worked quite well despite the language barrier. The delicious food was quickly on the table. What can you say to that, mille Grazie

Ristorante in centro a Folgaria in una traversa nella strada principale, trovato per caso mentre giravamo per il paese in cerca di un ristorante per pranzo. Ottima idea quella di mettere il menu lungo la strada principale. Personale gentilissimo, piatti abbondanti e prezzi onesti. Mio marito voleva 3 canederli ed è stato accontentato con gentilezza, mio figlio non ha pranzato e non hanno considerato il suo coperto nel totale. Tornerei volentieri, consiglio la prenotazione.
