Culture Japanese In Napoli

We stayed two nights over the Immaculate Conception long weekend. The location is good, with immediate access to the historic center, convenient for getting around on foot and visiting the wonderful, characteristic neighborhoods of "Spagnoli," "Spaccanapoli," "Sotterranea," and "Sanità." There's an excellent supermarket next to the property. The breakfast was below average, considering the price we paid. Paid parking is available; on the website, it's advertised at €25, but when we booked, they charged us €50 per day. A pleasant walk takes you to the Royal Palace and the San Carlo Theater. The only flaw I'd like to point out is that, despite the holiday season, the property isn't priced at €190 per night; in fact, on December 9th, it was reduced to €80. Paying more than double for the same property, which has several flaws, is unjustified. The room was small with a window overlooking the alley, the light-to-energy ratio was poor, and the air conditioning was unmanageable. The sliding bathroom door didn't lock and wouldn't open on its own due to some faulty adjustment. The staff was friendly and, like all Neapolitans, jovial and joking; except for the young man who greeted us upon arrival at 11:30 PM, who was a bit grumpy and sullen.

A good hotel for business trips due to its central location. The rooms are simple, not very large but functional; the service offers a good and varied breakfast served with kindness and professionalism. The central location offers easy access to public institutions and offices. Unfortunately, it's located on one of Naples' narrow streets, which makes for a less scenic view. Overall, a good hotel worth considering for short stays in the city.

This was my first stay in Naples, and the hotel was a hit in every respect. The location is excellent, with good public transport. The hotel is located on a busy and quite noisy street, but the windows are excellent, providing excellent noise isolation. The rooms are very nice and clean – cleaned daily. The extremely comfortable, wide double bed and generously sized duvet are absolutely crucial. The bathroom is large. There's a small balcony off the room, which, although you can't access, is perfect for hanging laundry – like a true Neapolitan. The hotel has five floors (there's an elevator!). Breakfasts are delicious and varied on the rooftop – both indoors and outdoors. There's a spacious terrace on the entire rooftop for guests' use. Breakfast includes a wide selection of sweets, juices in several flavors, fruit, as well as cold cuts, scrambled eggs, bread, and yogurt. Delicious coffee. The staff were all very polite and helpful. When I reported a clogged shower drain, it was unclogged the same day. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage. The receptionist booked us a taxi to the airport. A real plus!

A truly fantastic hotel. And above all, very professional service. All extra requests were handled with a smile. The birthday surprise for my girlfriend at breakfast was especially lovely.

Great hotel! Excellent service!! Delicious breakfast, and regarding some negative reviews here: The building has a new wing that's absolutely fantastic. I can't speak for the other rooms. The hotel is staffed 24 hours a day. We would definitely love to come back.

I stayed at the Culture Hotel for a conference at Molo Angioino and am very happy with my choice. The location is excellent, close to the Università metro station and within walking distance of both Via Toledo and Spaccanapoli. The rooms are a good size, and the bathroom has a large shower. The breakfast, both sweet and savory, is adequate in terms of both quality and quantity. The reception staff is helpful and provides clear directions.

Better than expected. Cheap with decent air conditioning. They really helped us out when other accommodations fell through.

Excellent location for exploring the historic center and accessing many characteristic sites. Friendly, helpful, and excellent staff. Nice room with everything you need, but the details are quite worn for a four-star rating, including some spots on the stairwell walls that need fixing.

The location, staff and services are great, unfortunately the rooms are out dated and very dark and in much need of an uplift. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious
