I am a girl who comes from Garfagnana and you expect that once in Livorno a person can eat fish, but I noticed this very nice little place and being a meat lover I wanted to try takeaway. We went inside and the owners were incredibly kind and friendly, it seemed like it wasn't the first time I'd gone. They showed me the menu and my choice immediately went to the tartare (strictly prepared with a knife) and the tagliatelle. Two fantastic dishes, the classic tartare, excellent choice of meat, fantastic flavour. I wanted to try the cut (sceptically) with grilled onions and asparagus cream, I was afraid that these ingredients would cover the flavor of the meat and instead it was the opposite they emphasized it. The tenderness of the meat exceeded all expectations. It's definitely worth the 1.5 hour journey to return to this place. Congratulations to both of you, I'm sorry there are only 5 stars.

Cena con varieta' di carne con qualita' di carne buona ma poco sofisticata, ma nel complesso ottimo qualita' prezzo. ottimo antipasto do terrra e la bistecca Torneremo

You arrive home, you finish preparing the table between a sip of beer and a chat, your meat cousins ​​have just finished frying jalapenos stuffed with fresh cheese, onion rings and French fries, they are put on your table with extraordinary sauces, not even the time to take two bites of a ring that arrives there Piedmontese Fassona tartare with asparagus sauce, egg yolk, bacon krunch, stewed onion, diced avocado, extra virgin olive oil and black salt, you start taking out your phone to take a photo but your gluttony takes over... after two forkfuls you realize that a sesame sandwich has arrived on the table, cut into slices and grilled with a drop of oil, very crunchy and very soft, you fall into a whirlwind of flavors accompanied by a cold-filtered Moretti you look up and find yourself a steak of at least 600g cooked rare to perfection, covered with stewed red onion, bacon crunch, smokey bacon sauce, you turn to your uncle to tell him how good () it is. between one tasting and another, the other uncle approaches the niche that connects the kitchen to the dining room to ask you what sauce you want in the sandwich together with the southern beef hamburger with radicchio, scamorza, grilled onion and very crunchy slices of bacon …time to finish the cut and the sandwich is already ready…that's all I say, 30 uninterrupted minutes of enjoyment. All this for the same price as two large menus and 20 chickens at McDonald's Feast your eyes and take a look at these photos If you pass by Livorno or not, it is without a doubt worth visiting.

24/08/2024: Perfect experience! Excellent food accompanied by a selection of high quality wines. The place is taken care of down to the smallest details starting from the mise en place. Friendly and attentive staff, always ready to follow the customer course after course. If you are not a meat expert or don't know what to choose, they will be able to recommend the perfect dish according to your tastes and needs. A place that conquers not only for the location and the details, but above all for the excellent quality of the raw materials which give life to excellent, innovative dishes with a unique flavour.
18/08/2024: The open kitchen directly on the street and the showcase with different cuts of meat are a good business card that well describes the level of this restaurant. The welcome confirmed to us that we would have a nice evening. The menu is rich, all meat obviously! The surprising dishes, described with passion... both by the staff and the chef! What can I say, recommended to everyone!!!
