CuCumiao In Palau

The food was delicious. Make a reservation for the grilled maialo via WhatsApp; it's worth it. We had stewed octopus, also delicious. Be careful with the quantities. We ordered maialo (roasted pork) for one person and we could barely manage it between the two of us.

Lovely place. And a bit romantic. The prices are on the upper side but it's worth it. The waiter was great, the food came really fast and it was delicious. I would surely return here if i have a chance. Strongly recommend making a reservation before going there.

Intrigued by the advertising and good reviews, four of us came for dinner (advance reservations required for the suckling pig). We chose to try traditional Sardinian cuisine, even though the menu is truly extensive (perhaps too extensive) and includes both meat and fish. We ordered a Sardinian platter to share and a slice of grilled pecorino cheese with honey (delicious) as an appetizer; two first courses: culurgiones and malloreddus (definitely not generous, as there were five ravioli), and two portions of suckling pig, all accompanied by a bottle of wine. Nothing to complain about, very good! The suckling pig, in particular, was incredibly tender and flavorful. The only downside was the bill: €55 per person was way too expensive for what we ate. Overall, recommended for the quality and deliciousness of the dishes, but be prepared to spend a lot, especially for a place without any special view or location.

The place is very nice. A huge selection of both meat and seafood dishes, both traditional and non-traditional. I had the culurgiones, while my husband had the pasta with wild boar and ricotta; I don't remember the exact name. Everything was very good, even the dessert (we had the chocolate cake with a soft center). I'm not giving it four stars because of the PRICE, which I found truly EXCESSIVE. My culurgiones were literally five and cost me €22. I mean, a "ravioli" can cost €4 or more? The chocolate cake was €9. I've never paid that much... and I should also mention that the location doesn't have a sea view; it's on the road, so it's not like I was paying for the view. Cover charge €3.50... seems a bit excessive to me. Overall, it's good, but there are other equally good places for less...

A restaurant with a vast menu of meat and seafood. It seemed overwhelming, but all the dishes we ordered were excellent. From porceddu (suckling pig) to tuna, eggplant, malloreddu (a type of pasta), and ravioli. Balanced and tasty dishes, generous portions (keep that in mind), and a minor oversight on the bill was correct. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is quite large, but the quality doesn't suffer even when the restaurant is full. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area!

Cucumiao is a traditional yet upscale restaurant. The service is attentive and helpful, and the ingredients and dishes are very good. The price is equally high, perhaps a bit too high given what they offer, but it's definitely the area. Recommended if this is what you're looking for.

The restaurant is easily accessible and has ample off-road parking. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and happy to offer recommendations, given the extensive meat and fish menu. Despite the hot day, we ate outside (in the shade) without suffering from the heat.

The quality of the food at this restaurant is spectacular... and be warned: quality comes at a price. The place is fantastic; every single element seems to have been created by a brilliant mind. The staff is attentive and fast, always ready to satisfy every request, as if working at Cucumiao were a privilege. During the holiday season, you might have to wait a little longer for your food, but we're on vacation, and you can wait without being rude or disrespectful to the staff! You should go at least once.
