Very kind staff, excellent breakfast, rooms always excellently prepared and with lots of attention! Aniello (one of the drivers) is really very helpful and very nice. A special mention also for the director and the breakfast manager. Always very attentive to customer needs. The SPA is very comfortable, a paradise after the "efforts" on the slopes! And the pool is also quite large and the kids have fun there. Regarding the position: - the shuttles are always available to accompany and pick up customers from the lifts (except from Spinale - for logistical reasons) - in about 15 minutes of walking you are in the village. And if you get good weather, as happened to us, returning on foot in the evening is also pleasant to digest! Great great hotel! We will happily return!

Beautiful, quiet establishment overlooking the village of Madonna di Campiglio but in the evening a 10-minute walk from the center because unfortunately the “shuttle” service stops at 7 p.m. Warm welcome, attentive staff, beautiful rooms although it is best to avoid the second floor because above is the bar and the restaurant so quite a bit of noise until 11:00 p.m.

Four stars superior, but only in name. In fact, it far exceeds a five star rating. We expected impeccable services but we didn't expect to find such helpful and friendly staff. They welcomed us into a luxurious environment making us feel at home. The Director Davide together with Ottavia, the Head of Reception and Letizia, the Guest Relation, were our point of reference during the entire holiday. The maitre d' and the staff (Gianluca, Chiara, Zef, Alessia and all the other guys), the bar (Francesca and Giuseppe), the shuttle drivers (Luca and Aniello) even the reception staff (Antonio and Lorenzo) of the spa and cleaning , of a disarming kindness and helpfulness. It's a beautiful six-story hotel with breathtaking views of the pinnacle of Madonna di Campiglio. It is taken care of down to the smallest detail. Despite being not far from the center (a distance that can still be covered on foot for a quarter of an hour) there is a totally free shuttle service, which allowed us to be taken literally wherever we wanted in the area. The restaurant is definitely worthy of a Michelin star. Everything they served us during the holiday was appreciated, always different dishes and served with great care. The SPA with a view is a touch of class. Even the cleaning in the various environments is extremely precise. We come to Madonna di Campiglio every year and will definitely return to the Cristal. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable.

I have been staying in this hotel for several years and I have always had a great time, the staff are friendly and welcoming, especially the shuttle drivers, they are very helpful and at customer service at any time. The only negative is the bar staff, otherwise everything was fantastic!! I will definitely be back!!
