For many, many years now, we've been retreating to Madonna di Campiglio whenever we get the chance, and the Cristal Palace Hotel is a jewel in its crown. You can enjoy a breathtaking view... peace, tranquility, and a truly magical atmosphere... holidays here are simply a fairytale! The rooms are wonderful, impeccably clean... the food is top-notch... and then??? And then the staff... is nothing short of amazing... super welcoming and helpful: Ottavia, Massamba at reception, the Maître d' in the dining room with Giuseppe and the others—I hope I don't mind because I don't remember all their names—Isabella, the SPA manager (unique).... they make you feel at home... pampered in every way possible... so not only do I highly recommend it... but I think it's an experience you absolutely must have, one you'll remember tomorrow, the day after, and forever. I just finished a review on Booking.com and felt it was my duty to leave it here on Google, because it's only right that passion and professionalism be recognized. From the first to the last moment, everything was impeccable: a warm welcome, a staff always smiling and helpful, spaces meticulously maintained, and a level of comfort that exceeded all expectations. It's classified as a 4*S, but the truth is, it fully deserves a 5-star rating... and maybe even more! We ended our vacation perfectly, just as we hoped: total relaxation, pampering, and quality in every service. Thank you so much to all the staff: you made us feel special. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is clean and well-maintained down to the smallest details. The staff is helpful, especially Gabriele, a fantastic, kind and, I repeat, super helpful person.

A hotel where you'll feel like Princess Sissi. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and comfortable rooms. The spa, with staggered entrances, avoids the crowds and allows you to truly relax. A secluded location overlooking Madonna di Campiglio, yet just minutes from the center. Excellent food—what more could you ask for?

The hotel is in a great location, situated on a hill from where you can see a beautiful panorama of the mountains and the town below, plus great Alpine decor. Very nice service, which saves this hotel and gives stars for the service. The hotel's minuses: Children's playroom - with only painted walls for smaller children, and a TV room For older people, table football and ping-pong An appeal to the owners - it's not even a playroom because there are no toys or facilities for children! On the first day there were small blocks, but when the children poured them out, the lady already hid them and there were no more of them :( And it's a hit that the room is closed when the staff member leaves for a break... but why? When there's nothing there and the children have somewhere to run... The second thing is the food in the hotel :( a disaster It's a 4* hotel and powdered scrambled eggs for breakfast.... additional orders and other hot dishes are paid extra and it's the same every day... However, I do not recommend the evening dishes, they are expensive and the portions are for children (photo attached) The hotel is a real waste of money - we were a large group and we would leave our money with you and there is a great restaurant nearby where they serve great dishes in normal portions and prices The whole situation is saved by the manager and the staff, but the owner should think about changes since he has 4* Best regards
