Great hotel with amazing views, friendly staff and tasty food. Will definitely be back!

The hotel is in a great location, situated on a hill from where you can see a beautiful panorama of the mountains and the town below, plus great Alpine decor. Very nice service, which saves this hotel and gives stars for the service. The hotel's minuses: Children's playroom - with only painted walls for smaller children, and a TV room For older people, table football and ping-pong An appeal to the owners - it's not even a playroom because there are no toys or facilities for children! On the first day there were small blocks, but when the children poured them out, the lady already hid them and there were no more of them :( And it's a hit that the room is closed when the staff member leaves for a break... but why? When there's nothing there and the children have somewhere to run... The second thing is the food in the hotel :( a disaster It's a 4* hotel and powdered scrambled eggs for breakfast.... additional orders and other hot dishes are paid extra and it's the same every day... However, I do not recommend the evening dishes, they are expensive and the portions are for children (photo attached) The hotel is a real waste of money - we were a large group and we would leave our money with you and there is a great restaurant nearby where they serve great dishes in normal portions and prices The whole situation is saved by the manager and the staff, but the owner should think about changes since he has 4* Best regards

Great place, service outstanding, Very helpful and friendly staff. The spa was lovely and the massage was great. Had half board and enjoyed the dinner very much. Although it's not in the town center, the hotel shuttle is always ready to take you to the lifts or town center.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, a few steps from the center and very close to the Grostè. From the bed to the track IT'S A FLASH! Very rich breakfast, from sweet to savory with a wide choice. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable, very large bathroom. The service is TOP of the RANGE, the STAFF FRIENDLY AND KIND, especially FRANCESCA the girl at the bar welcomed us warmly. Furthermore you have the possibility of having an excellent SPA and relaxation area, garage and ski room, there is also a very convenient shuttle service.

Very kind staff, excellent breakfast, rooms always excellently prepared and with lots of attention! Aniello (one of the drivers) is really very helpful and very nice. A special mention also for the director and the breakfast manager. Always very attentive to customer needs. The SPA is very comfortable, a paradise after the "efforts" on the slopes! And the pool is also quite large and the kids have fun there. Regarding the position: - the shuttles are always available to accompany and pick up customers from the lifts (except from Spinale - for logistical reasons) - in about 15 minutes of walking you are in the village. And if you get good weather, as happened to us, returning on foot in the evening is also pleasant to digest! Great great hotel! We will happily return!

Beautiful, quiet establishment overlooking the village of Madonna di Campiglio but in the evening a 10-minute walk from the center because unfortunately the “shuttle” service stops at 7 p.m. Warm welcome, attentive staff, beautiful rooms although it is best to avoid the second floor because above is the bar and the restaurant so quite a bit of noise until 11:00 p.m.
