We went on Sunday with a fixed menu and what a menu... many appetizers based on mushrooms but also home-grown products. The tagliatelle are delicious. We hadn't been there for a long time but it proved to be a good place to have lunch. Added to the excellent food is the courtesy, helpfulness and friendliness of the dining room staff. They try to make customers feel at ease and this is how you don't feel like just an extra cover but a customer to be pampered.

Very nice and quaint place, very welcoming and very kind staff, I'm happy. I recommend it.... Of course, excellent and genuine food 👍👍👍

Abbiamo pranzato il giorno di ferragosto e nonostante la sala fosse piena e i tempi di attesa un po’ più lunghi rispetto al solito siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti.Pranzo che sa di casa, ricorda i sapori tradizionali delle cose cucinate da mia nonna che non assaggiavo ormai da tempo, prodotti tipici fatti da loro davvero eccellenti ed ottimo anche il pane. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, soprattutto ai ragazzi della sala sempre sorridenti che si prendono cura dei clienti con garbo e gentilezza.

A cena per la seconda volta in questo ristorantino a due passi dal centro di Serra San Bruno. Abbiamo iniziato con il loro antipasto STREPITOSO, come sempre con tante preparazioni della casa ed un mix di formaggi e salumi di produzione del Sig. Giuseppe e la Sig.ra Rita non che i proprietari del locale. Tutto fantastico, compreso il servizio della ragazza che ci ha accolti con un grande sorriso e che non finisce mai di stupirci con tutte le spiegazioni sulle varie tipologie di carne che possono offrire e sulle varie cotture. Preparatissima su tutto e soprattutto gentilissima. Carne squisita e cotta a puntino !!! Non finiscono mai di stupirci, da provare assolutamente!!! L'eccellenza in zona.

16/11/2024: I had been living in Tropea for a few weeks and this place and their sister restaurant, la dispensa by boca, are my favorite spots by far. The food is amazing, I enjoyed every meal and kept going back. I tried a few of the pasta dishes and main courses, and all are delicious, including the friesian sirloin steak, which was perfectly cooked. the three course tasting menu is a very good value. All of the seafood was very fresh and very well prepared. I loved how they mixed flavors and explored new ways of incorporating Calabrese staples. Each meal was a really fun foodie experience. The wine selection is also excellent. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and excited about the food and wine. It’s also beautiful as it is in the square next to the duomo. This is a must visit when in Tropea, enjoy!
09/10/2024: Perhaps (even without perhaps) the best sandwich I have ever tasted. Everything prepared meticulously, a relaxing environment and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Medium-high prices (my octopus sandwich cost €19) but everything compared to the quality of the food and the magnificent town of Tropea.

05/01/2025: Posto accogliente perfetto per gustare ottima carne e vari tipi di carne,il proprietario ti accoglie e ti consiglia con attenzione, abbiamo degustato diversi tagli tra cui gli arrosticini, filetto delicato e morbidissimo, la picanha davvero succulente accompagnato da ottimo vino, e per concludere ottimi dolci,posto piacevole e di classe lo raccomandiamo vivamente
02/01/2025: Not only did they give us a warm welcome but also made us feel at home. We hadn't been able to find a place to have dinner when we found this restaurant where we could celebrate the new year. Highly recommended. Delicious food and unique dishes.
