The food is carefully prepared, balanced, and rich in flavor: each dish exudes attention to detail, quality, and a delightful harmony of flavors. The staff deserves special mention: friendly, discreet, and always attentive, making guests feel welcomed with ease and professionalism. The atmosphere is elegant without being overbearing, warm and welcoming, perfect for those seeking a pleasant and well-curated experience. The food at Corte – Bar & Bistro in Bolzano was delicious, and the ambiance was modern and inviting. The service was adequate, but could be improved – a little more attention and friendliness would perfectly complement the overall positive impression. All in all, a lovely restaurant that I would definitely recommend.

Centrally located, large underground parking lot. Friendly, clean atmosphere, perfect service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The lemon risotto with salmon tartare was delicious. My husband ordered the burger with fries, drawn in by the description of the fries as "super crispy"...he was extremely satisfied. Highly recommended.
