Truly excellent pizza with friends, friendly and helpful staff, free parking, limited seating inside but a veranda makes up for it, and a warm and intimate atmosphere. Definitely worth a try.

Three stars for the atmosphere only because the outdoor space is a poorly maintained house. Otherwise, the food is excellent and the staff is patient and courteous. I recommend it.

A small pizzeria in the village of Ruggiano in southern Salento where you can enjoy truly delicious pizzas at a very low price. For French people who want to try a traditional Italian pizza, you have to go there with your eyes closed. It's something different from French pizzerias 😉 #ValouBuongustaio

A small place with a great welcome, delicious pizza.

A simple, authentic pizzeria, with no pretensions other than serving excellent pizza, with a soft, slowly leavened dough. All this combined with a no-frills, sincere, and honest welcome. I've already spoken about the pizzas and the dough, but the potato croques, which they call "potato panzerotti," are excellent. The dessert, a Nutella-filled pizza, is also excellent. The prices are very fair, as is the rest of the place. I recommend it to anyone who appreciates simplicity and flavor.
