15/09/2025: 🔴 Check-in & Service: Prepayment upon check-in – without prior inspection of the room. No night staff, no contact person in case of problems. Complaints (e.g., broken air conditioning) were ignored, and discounts were refused. Staff response: unfriendly, no goodwill ("policy"). 🏨 Room condition: Old, run-down, significantly worse than in photos. Damage such as crooked balconies, leaky showers, and nails in the wall. The air conditioning didn't work in one of the rooms – in the middle of July. Alleged "trash" (deposit bottles) that weren't (!) in the wastebasket but on the table were just as easily disposed of without question. 🍽 Breakfast & Meals: Juices extremely sweet and watery. Eggs in brine, hard and questionable in taste. Bacon and fried eggs, while edible, were sometimes old and bland. 🚗 Parking: Hotel parking costs €8 per day. Alternative parking 300m away – very dirty (dog poop). 🌙 Nighttime quiet: No security, no reception. You can only enter the building with a code; without a code, you have no access (including a night phone). Elevator very tight for 4 people (maybe two plus suitcases fit in). Disturbance caused by drunken youths – no help available as no one from the hotel was present. ⭐ Positive: The only bright spot: the location.
