Excellent hotel for families. They are very attentive to celiacs and try to accommodate everyone's tastes. We chose this hotel mainly for my little girl who we only discovered a few months ago is celiac. We had a great time and will be back soon. I recommend it to everyone, especially families.

We stayed one night in this property with our dog, booking through a Smartbox box.
We arrive at the hotel, a structure close to the center, parking adjacent to the structure. Upon entering the hotel we find a warm environment thanks to the stove in the hall; very good first impression. We were greeted at reception by a very professional girl, who also showed us the heated boot deposit, another point in favor of this structure.
We go up in the elevator to the first floor. As soon as we entered the room we noticed a bad smell, not well defined. The room seemed clean and had a double bed and next to it a very old bunk bed, made of discolored iron, with a wobbly side and ladder and a sagging lower mattress under which there was another mattress as support. At that moment we thought of reporting the problem directly to the property, rather than making negative reviews: we therefore turned to the reception for some clarification.
At the reception we explained the problem to the girl who welcomed us. Another lady leaves the office, without introducing herself, stating that there was nothing abnormal in the bunk bed and that the room was dressed differently than usual because we had a dog with us. The surreal thing was the way this lady treated us, with an arrogant and pedantic attitude, as if we were saying heresies, while we explained the problem calmly, as a starting point for improvement.
We would like to specify that the dog would not have slept on the bunk bed or on the double bed and that if having a dog in tow was a problem we would have turned to another facility, which we did the following weekend.

Large, clean and renovated room.
Good food, much appreciated breakfast.
Presence of wellness area. To be booked for 1 hour and 30 minutes at a cost of 15 euros.
Good location to reach the bus that takes you to the slopes. Folgaria is a really nice town.

Our experience in your holiday home can only be more than positive, given our very first experience in the mountains and in a hotel with our dog Dorothy we were a little worried but you were very kind and the fact of reserving a place in the room adjacent to the restaurant for us and Dorothy was very welcome.
Furthermore, I also thank you for your availability and flexibility in satisfying my dietary needs, a big thank you to the chef who transformed the dishes on the menu into totally vegetable ones.
