It is the second year that we have spent a few days at the Hotel Vittoria. This year they have renovated some rooms and we were able to take advantage of a brand new quadruple room. Very good cuisine and service.

Fantastic hotel in the city centre. The right combination of location, price, quality of the dishes offered and functionality of the room!

We returned for the fifth time to the Hotel Vittoria for the skiing week. The stay was perfect like the other times

Opinion on a short overnight stay for a couple with half board: We called a week in advance, asking if we could use a Smartbox at the property and on the phone the word "Smartbox" didn't seem welcome but was accepted anyway and by asking to extend the overnight stay by a couple of days it was possible to book it. The hotel overall is well structured, located in an optimal position both for moving on foot towards the center of Folgaria and by car and with a varied and good food offering both in the breakfast buffet and in the dinner menu. The rooms are warm, clean and quiet, although perhaps they lack a "do not disturb" sign or similar to leave on the door handle, rather than having the cleaning ladies knock to see if you are still inside, especially in the time slot valid for breakfast. When we arrived at the facility with the online check-in already done, they didn't explain some information well to us, such as about wifi and all the points where it was possible to put the car around the hotel, we made do a little and didn't go further there x The other requests nor the reception took any initiative. The first evening at dinner the table assigned to us was the first in the room but the name was missing and they did not leave us the menu to fill in for the following evening like the other customers, which was then remedied by asking for it at breakfast the following day. At the time of breakfast on the second day we found the table "used" by a customer passing by before us, certainly nothing serious, but an oversight was noted and the table was temporarily changed. Another small misadventure happened on the last evening when we went out quietly for a short walk after dinner and on our return, around 9pm, we found the main door closed, so we had to ring the door for night access at the back to the amazement of the lady who he opened it for us, and then verified together that someone, perhaps a child playing, had indeed locked the main door from the inside. Last negative note: when it was time to pay the bill we didn't check immediately, but we were made to pay the agreed sum, forgetting the deposit by bank transfer that we had been asked to make days earlier, as well as not having provided us with the Trentino guest card , assuming that we had received the code by SMS or email on the first day of our stay, but this was not the case. Having pointed out the misunderstandings, they immediately took action, but well, we would have liked to avoid them, perhaps our demerits too? Conclusion: in all honesty the structure is worth it and the staff is always kind and available for every request but in our case some foresight was objectively lacking.

Nice hotel especially for the location, good and well-stocked breakfast, the ground floor is very well looked after, unfortunately I can't say the same thing about the rooms. I had room no. 202 and I saw it as old and with no attention to detail, a tiny bathroom with a huge sink that prevents movement. The self-closing door prevents movement with luggage. The SPA costs 15 Euros per day extra, where you can only stay for 1 hour and is not worth the price paid.

Excellent experience, very nice and well looked after hotel. Very nice and large rooms. Top cleanliness. Truly recommended for those traveling with the family, even with very young children, the play area and entertainment are excellent. The restaurant was also very good with plenty of choice and great service. If I can give some advice, the start of dinner could be brought forward by half an hour to accommodate the little ones. The structure is well-kept and clean in every room. The owner and the reception staff are all very friendly and professional. Everything was going well, until breakfast. Not being able to drink milk or take caffeine, I asked to have any infusion or decaffeinated tea. I was told there were none. I then asked if I could have a herbal tea, the kind that is served in the spa. I was denied. However, it is not plausible that there wasn't even a sachet of any infusion at the bar, even chamomile. In the end I had breakfast drinking mineral water. It's a shame they missed out for so little. It is also from this attention that one decides whether to return or not. Regarding the spa: explain to guests that the relaxation area is not occupied with towels while you are in the sauna or anything, to secure a place for later: it is not a water park.

Uno de los aspectos de los tours en grupo es que siempre viajas al ritmo del grupo y, por lo general, al ritmo de los miembros más lentos del grupo. Una vez que terminamos el tour de Pompeya, el representante de confianza anunció la hora en que todos nos dirigiríamos de regreso a los autobuses en el estacionamiento cercano. Como la mitad más lenta del grupo todavía estaba en la tienda de regalos o los baños, tuve la sensación de que este momento era optimista en el mejor de los casos y de todos modos tenía al menos media hora para matar. Todos estábamos cerca de la entrada al sitio arqueológico en la gran plaza. Mis opciones incluyen otro tour por la Galería Cellini Cameos & Corals directamente detrás de mí, pero una vez había sido suficiente y además no necesitaba usar su baño libre. Eso dejó la opción dos y como era un día caluroso la elegí y me acerqué a Coffee Shop Vittoria. Aparentemente, yo no fui el único que decidió sobre esto porque dentro estaba extremadamente lleno y ocupado, especialmente en el mostrador de helado. No queriendo esperar examiné qué otras opciones refrescantes había y noté otra cerveza local que aún tenía que probar. Era frío y sorprendentemente barato. Ya había considerado el jugo de granada fresco afuera, pero acabábamos de pagar nuestra hipoteca en casa y no estábamos buscando uno nuevo. Cerveza fría en mano Aproveché el hecho de que ahora era un cliente de pago y tomé asiento en el patio cubierto con mi esposa y vi a nuestro pobre representante de tour tratar de arrear a los gatos que eran nuestros compañeros turistas.
