Coffee Shop Vittoria In Pompei

We stayed at the Hotel Vittoria for a week and had a great time. The hotel is very conveniently located practically at the beginning of Folgaria's main street, but it has a large parking lot, so we never had any trouble finding a spot. Our room was brand new, spacious, soundproofed, and clean. My girls were very happy with their bunk bed. The breakfast was also good and varied, and the staff, both in the dining room and at reception, were very friendly. Highly recommended.

The property is located 50 meters from the city center. Upon arrival, there's a parking lot for unloading luggage and then a private parking lot right in front. Our 13-year-old dog stayed with us, and they provided her with a Monge welcome kit, including bowls for water and dry food. We also had the option of having her dine with us in a separate room from the rest of the hotel for just €5 per day. Every evening, the kitchen offered a choice of four first courses and four second courses, which you could reserve the night before, plus a vegetable and dessert buffet served at your table. The food was always very good and tasty, but not overly "mountain-style." Breakfast was also very generous, with sweet and savory options, and drinks were served directly at your table. The housekeeping was always impeccable, starting very early in the morning. The staff were always friendly and smiling.

Beautiful hotel, very spacious room (the only negative note was the lack of a balcony)... we ate divinely, all the staff (waiters, bartender etc etc) were all very helpful.

A very welcoming family-run hotel, with extremely friendly and helpful staff who are happy to meet your every need, and excellent services for children. A great experience that I highly recommend.

I liked the location, close to beautiful walks, the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff, even in the dining room (especially thanks to the waiter Diego), the very generous breakfast with homemade cakes and jams and a variety of savory options. Dinner offered a choice of four first courses and four second courses (it's impossible not to find something delicious and to please every palate). I would definitely recommend it.

Courtesy, availability, the chef and owner is a wonderful person, it's really a great feeling, excellent cuisine, even gluten-free, attentive and cared for.

Excellent hotel for families. They are very attentive to celiacs and try to accommodate everyone's tastes. We chose this hotel mainly for my little girl who we only discovered a few months ago is celiac. We had a great time and will be back soon. I recommend it to everyone, especially families.
