Restaurant located in the central square of Ostuni (old town). I ordered tagliatelle carbonara. Good flavor, however, don't expect carbonara like you can eat in a trattoria in Rome. The prices are correct. Friendly staff and fast service. Pasta overcooked, even though I specified it to be al dente.
Honestly, I wouldn't go back.

Excellent food, we arrived for lunch and the dishes were exquisite, good atmosphere and cordiality. It is also in the square so it is easy to eat and follow the route.

Warm welcome with a waitress/cook who speaks French very well. We had pizzas and a mussel dish which we really enjoyed. Prices were affordable considering the location.

Il posto a sedere fuori è al centro della piazza di Ostuni. La carbonara è scotta, mentre la prendevo con forchetta la pasta si spaccava. Il problema dei tavoli all'aperto è la polvere, sul tavolo hanno messo una tovaglietta che siccome era piena di polvere decido di girarla e quando la alzo esce fuori un insetto (quelli del legno piccoli e neri). Un po' cari soprattutto sulle bibite

Personale gentile e servizio veloce per questo ristorante in piazza centrale. Abbiamo preso solo le orecchiette, che erano sostanzialmente buone ma cotte un po' troppo, nella media comunque. Prezzi abbastanza alti, tipici da locale in centro (31,50€ totali per due orecchiette e una bottiglietta d'acqua da 0,33 cl, alla modica cifra di 2,50€).
