We went to the Roadhouse in Rovigo today with family. We had a reservation for 12:30 and waited a little longer than usual for our food, but we were relaxed and chatting among ourselves. At a certain point, a member of staff came over to apologize for the wait, and at the end of the meal, they offered all five of us sweets and liqueurs. A truly appreciated gesture, especially since we hadn't complained. Truly wonderful customer service. Compliments to the staff.

The atmosphere leaves much to be desired: it smells of exhaust and the lights are too bright. Otherwise, the food is good.

Anyone who complains about high prices is better off going to McDonald's. The Roadhouse sandwiches are by far the best of all chain-style steakhouses. This place is always very clean, tidy, and staffed with knowledgeable staff.
