Excellent restaurant/caterer where you can eat pinse (halfway between pizza and foccacia) and other paninis (with excellent toasted seed bread) garnished very generously with high quality products!!

16/08/2024: My boyfriend and I ate a pizza ortolana and a quattro formaggi, the vegetables in the ortolana were salted just right, in the quattro formaggi a truly exceptional pecorino, and the dough was light, the prices were average.
12/08/2024: Excellent pizza in Modolo in addition to a friendly setting 👍 and very fair prices, we return several times during our stay
