Chi Sburoun Osteria e Cucina In Rimini

I visited Sburoun Osteria e Cucina again this year, but unfortunately, it was disappointing compared to last year. The staff were excellent — friendly, professional, and welcoming, truly the best part of the restaurant. However, the food quality was poor and far below previous standards. The prices have increased a lot, and the value for money was not satisfactory. I really hope they return to their old quality, as the service team truly deserves better food to match their great hospitality.

The food tasted great; we ordered Tortelini with cheese, Carbonara, and Casserille Seefood with Pasta, all of which were delicious. The downside was the lack of a drinks menu with prices. The bill ended up being a bit strange, as three courses cost €57, but the total was €84 plus two large drinks and a large mineral water.

Il locale non prende prenotazioni. Bisogna arrivare e aspettare che la signora chiami un tavolo con il numero di persone del gruppo. Noi eravamo un gruppone da 14, siamo stati fatti accomodare velocemente in due tavoli separati, uno da 8 e uno da 6. Tavoli molto belli, con le altalene che rendono il tutto un po' suggestivo. Il servizio è piuttosto veloce nonostante la marea di gente che c'era a Rimini quella sera. Il locale è molto bello, con particolari interessanti da tutte le parti, posti come arredo. Ho assaggiato qualche pizza condivisa e poi ho preso la grigliata di pesce, ottima, la consiglio. A un certo punto, sorpresa, la musica si fa più forte ed esce "Last Christmas", con nevicata di schiuma sul locale. Bella l'idea, ma bisogna proteggere i piatti se si sta mangiando per evitare di mangiare la schiuma. Sulle altalene consiglio di aggiungere dei gancetti per ancorarsi al tavolo, per qualcuno potrebbe essere scomodo mangiare a distanza dal tavolo. Comunque, prezzo di 39 euro a testa, tutto sommato onesto. Peccato perché il continuo ricambio di persone mette sotto stress il personale che a tratti è un po' scontroso. Anche il tiramisù era buono.

Questa è stata la terza volta, ottimo come le altre volte, locale stupendo che va dall' essere romantico, fiabesco e giardino fiorito il tutto condito dalla caciara del titolare. Ci vediamo il prossimo anno.
