We made a short stop an hour ago, clean and modern bathrooms, a good general feeling, the only discordant note was the response of the lady at the checkout to a customer who asked if there was a wheelchair available: "A wheelchair? We're not a healthcare company!" and then as soon as the latter moved away, annoyed: "We don't even have the wheelchair!". First of all, when going anywhere, the first thing I take with me is the memory of the kindness with which I was treated and then everything else, which is decisive for whether I want to return or not. And then honestly I didn't find it such an absurd request given that the percentage of elderly people in Italy is 24%. Child seats are now found everywhere and are only 5%. Let's think about it.
