Tucked away like a hidden gem, this little restaurant is nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first bite, it was clear that the kitchen here treats food not just as a craft, but as an art form. The cavatelli with seafood was something out of this world, each piece of pasta perfectly textured, tender yet with just the right bite, carrying the flavors of the sea as if they were hand-delivered straight from another planet. Every forkful was a discovery. The truffle tagliatelle followed, rich and indulgent without being heavy, the kind of dish that whispers luxury but never overwhelms. The earthy aroma of the tartufo married beautifully with the silky ribbons of pasta, making it a bowl I didn’t want to end. And then came the star of the evening: the baccalà. This fish was perfection on a plate. The coating was feather-light and crackled just so, revealing fish inside that was buttery soft, tender, and utterly melt-in-your-mouth. Every bite had that elusive balance of texture and flavor that only true mastery can deliver. Service was warm and attentive, and the setting unpretentious, letting the food do all the talking. A beautiful restaurant with a magnificent view of the Molise hills stretching to the Adriatic Sea. Excellent food and service. They also cater for large wedding receptions and have a children's playground. Try it and believe it.

A fairytale restaurant nestled in a beech forest, offering the perfect temperature when it's 30 degrees Celsius outside. If the location, attention to detail, and cleanliness weren't enough to make for a wonderful experience, the owner is attentive and delightful, and the seafood and meat options are varied and delicious.
