Chalet Caserina In Tesero

Honestly, what I ate wasn't goulash. It just tasted like peppers and was a broth made of something unclear. The dumplings were undercooked, and there was only one dumpling. Not to mention the meat, which was tough and full of gristle, and there was very little of it. The only good thing about lunch was the fries; the rest was nothing.

This refuge enjoys an excellent location, halfway up a ski slope. The view is excellent, as are the outdoor table positions on sunny days. The food is certainly very high quality, better than you'd expect from a refuge. The dishes are of the highest quality, as you'd expect from a restaurant. The price is in line with the offerings.

One of the few places on the slopes where they still know how to treat their customers decently. Pricey, perhaps a little too much for the portions, but the quality of the food is excellent. This location isn't just so popular in the colder months, but around March/April it's also a great place to eat outside.

Love love love this place. To think that you can get this kind and quality of food and drinks in the middle of the mountain is really unbelievable. We have been coming to Chalet for several years now and it’s always a highlight of our trip.

In my opinion, this is the refuge with the best food in all the Val di Fiemme areas!!! From February onwards, it's also wonderful to eat on the outdoor terrace, bathed in the sun. Super friendly and helpful staff.

We went to Chalet Caserina for dinner. They took us up by snowcat, a ride that took about ten minutes. I recommend arriving promptly at the meeting point, as they are extremely punctual. The menu was set and included an appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, and coffee. Excellent food, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
