Culinary-wise, there are two drawbacks: while the menu isn't particularly varied, it's decent; especially the meats, it's uninspiring, both in terms of quality and primarily because of the prices, which are clearly above average. The same goes for the appetizers, side dishes, and desserts; while they're worth it, the prices aren't justified. Ultimately, the friendliness of the staff alone can't justify the prices, which in similar, yet more attractive, establishments are significantly lower for higher quality.
