C'e Pizza e Pizza In Napoli

24/05/2024: Ci siamo fermati quasi per caso a pranzo in questo locale, il titolare ed i camerieri subito molto cordiali e simpatici. Abbiamo preso una pizza margherita e, su suggerimento del titolare, i ravioli alla caprese. Entrambe le pietanze buonissime e con una passata di pomodoro gustosa e che non si è fatta risentire per niente durante la digestione. Ingredienti ottimi, prezzi normali, tutto molto soddisfacente, ho fatto loro i miei complimenti.

03/05/2024: We were in Capri for a day excursion and stopped here for an afternoon refreshment whilst waiting for our ferry, as it’s situated at the front of the port area. We weren’t there for a full meal and I don’t think I would have chosen here for a full meal, as it has the feel and look of a snack bar, more than a restaurant. I have to say that we paid what I consider to be a lot for our lunch in a restaurant in the square up in Capri town and found the prices here more reasonable. I got the impression that you need to expect to be ripped off to some extent if you visit Capri. There’s an arrogant air about in the restaurants and you get the impression that the staff are doing you a favour by serving you. I can see why there’s lots of visitors walking about eating takeaways. Anyway, we enjoyed our latte, limoncello cocktail and our shared cannoli. It was quieter and less manic than other restaurants nearby. Can’t say we’ll be rushing back to Capri though.
