A bakery I discovered late, and despite everything else, I fell in love with their schiacciata. The girls are helpful and always have a joke.

A small bakery with everything you need. The bread is delicious and has a pleasant amount of salt. Often, bread and rolls lack salt, but not here. They also have porchetta, pizza, and schiaccia (also wafer-thin). The staff is friendly and patient, even if you don't speak Italian well. English is also acceptable.
