Beautiful experience: the castle was taken over thanks to the initiative of the citizens of Pergine and can now be visited. The bar, restaurant and hotel services have been recovered and continued in this fairy-tale setting. Unlike what you might imagine, the prices are truly 'popular' as there is no luxury and the hotel structure is very simple, within the reach of all those who are not looking for luxury but a truly extraordinary experience in a real and historic manor. The offer of various types of events that can be enjoyed throughout the year is also very interesting. Truly, congratulations and infinite thanks to all those who have been able to make this wonderful recovery possible.

Today we took a guided tour of the castle, the volunteer who acted as our guide was kind, knowledgeable and available to answer questions and curiosities. The castle is beautiful, with breathtaking views. We will return to try the hotel and restaurant, only one star because it has no TV in the rooms and poor Wi-Fi, it seemed crazy to us, the beauty of the rooms and the hotel does not need either. I went there to visit the castle, the outside part is wonderful, I would have really liked to visit the inside but unfortunately from what I understood you have to book, minimum 10 people. However the garden is beautiful.

I take the opportunity of yesterday's visit to Castello di Pergine and its Bistrot to thank, celebrate and praise the skill in the art of hospitality to Sofia, Manuel, Francesco and their entire team. These qualities, added to the suggestive place, full of art and history, make the stay a real dream.

In three words: history, legend and wonder.

Although the castle was closed when we arrived, we walked around the courtyard and the surrounding area and really enjoyed the impressive view. It is recommended to walk to the meadow from the small parking lot and see the view from there.

Was only in the public part of the castle, not in the hotel.

Personally I like to look at the castle while I eat so I stopped at the restaurant just inside the outer walls, what was once the stable. In the large internal room there is still a manger along the entire right wall upon entering, minimal furnishings that recall the style of the time, a warm and pleasant environment. The guys who assist customers are very professional but even a little less would be fine. As I said before, I like to look at the castle while I eat so I sat outside to enjoy some excellent homemade ravioli with wild herbs collected in the surrounding meadows. ADVISED
