I don't know about the rooms, but the bistro is amazing. Beautiful setting, friendly staff, and excellent food. I'd recommend it to everyone 😉

Dining at Castel Pergine was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a fairytale — perched high above the valley, the castle offers breathtaking views and an atmosphere steeped in history and charm. We were seated in a beautifully restored historic room, lit softly with candles and ambient light that enhanced the romantic and elegant mood. The service was impeccable — gracious, attentive, and knowledgeable without being intrusive. Now, the food. Every course was a masterpiece. The chef blends tradition and creativity in a way that honors local Trentino flavors while offering a fresh, refined twist. We began with a delicate appetizer , followed by a perfectly cooked risotto with Gorgonzola cheese and nuts, each dish more impressive than the last. The ingredients were clearly seasonal and locally sourced, and the plating was as artistic as the castle itself. The wine selection was exceptional, with expert pairings that elevated each course. Dessert was the perfect finale — light, elegant, and bursting with flavor. This wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience — a journey through taste, history, and atmosphere. If you’re anywhere near Trentino, a dinner at Castel Pergine is a must. Whether you're celebrating something special or just want a night to remember, this is the place.

The castle can be visited from the outside; for guided tours, it's best to call ahead. Part of the castle is used as a hotel and visitors are not permitted.

A unique ambiance. We had a tower room. Ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The restaurant offers a fixed, varied, excellent menu with an extensive wine list.

Unique location, true hosts. The restaurant, value for money, is highly recommended, with some outstanding dishes on the menu. (What a wine list, with every type and a wide selection at a wide range of prices)
