It's located in front of the San Vittore highway toll booth. They offer excellent cheeses and cured meats, amazing mozzarella, and they also have a small bar. They're very friendly and the prices are fair.

An unpretentious restaurant, good and plentiful food, and fast and professional waitresses. Unfortunately, however, it's unforgivable and disturbing that there's only ONE toilet for 60-70 people, and it's accessible by walking through the dairy machinery! Dangerous, certainly hygienic! Also, at the cash register, PAY EXTREMELY ATTENTION TO THE BILL BECAUSE THEY MARK SERVINGS NOT BEING SERVED OR IN EXCESSIVE.

Guys, if you're heading to Rome, or returning, plan a stop to enjoy the finest buffalo mozzarella, a platter of cured meats and cheeses with the aromas of times gone by. I had tagliatella with porcini mushrooms, truffles, and sausage, so good I even mopped up the aluminum pan with breadcrumbs. There's also the meat, which is also superb. I'll add a photo.

I've tried this place several times for refreshments after hiking in the area. The quality of the products is very high, both the meats and the cheeses. The buffalo mozzarella is among the best I've tried. The prices are fair, and the staff is knowledgeable and professional. If you're passing through San Vittore del Lazio, I recommend stopping here.

They have many local products that are decidedly tasty and typical. The staff is kind and friendly. You can buy products to take away or eat on the spot. Highly recommended!
