The Grana Padano DOP is average, as required by the regulations, with a full and authentic flavor. The shop also offers cured meats, wines, and local meats. The salamis and pork products are good, fresh, and authentic in flavor, while the poultry and beef, on the other hand, seemed decidedly expensive, and I've noticed a general increase in prices lately.
