We go to them every summer, returning from the sea. You can find very good artisanal products there. The mozzarella, fresh and semi-mature cheeses, ricotta, giuncata, yogurt are all delicious. They taste like excellent raw materials, genuine ancient traditions and attention and expertise in processing... and... the ice creams... are a delight!
We went back again and... we also tasted a caciotta made with cow, sheep and goat's milk... very good!
The Caseificio del Sole is a jewel! The staff is incredibly kind, always ready to help and advise. The excellent products offered are fresh and genuine, the ricotta is a real delight. Prices are very affordable, making the experience even more rewarding. I recommend this dairy to anyone looking for quality products at affordable prices.
