The three stars are for the service (the dining room staff was exquisite and very fast) for the location and the quality of the food. The kitchen service is bad, or rather very bad; 1 hour of waiting between one first course and the other and over 1 hour between the second first course and the second one caused the review stars to drop from 5 to 3 (tending towards 2, let's say a 3--).

Stunning location, excellent food, excellent organisation. The staff, always present starting from the owner and the very talented Massimo, satisfied any request, paying attention to even the smallest detail and paying great attention to people with allergies and intolerances. I wouldn't have any doubts choose Tenuta San Germano again.

It's the second time we've been back and they are number 1 in organizing events. They manage to organize perfect days. Top entertainment and food. Excellent value for money.

04/08/2024: Siamo stati in questo agriturismo consigliato da amici, e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, il cibo era ottimo e di produzione propria. Proprietari attenti e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Location semplice ma molto accogliente. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente.

10/08/2024: Everything is simply gorgeous! We went for the first time and we were welcomed by the chef, who was super friendly (you can immediately tell that he has a high level of preparation) and a very polite and super courteous waiter. Excellent food with excellent quality raw materials. There are also particular dishes which however reflect the flavors of good Italian cuisine (without deviating from the original flavors which are actually enhanced by innovative combinations). The place remains very welcoming (the outdoor space is much appreciated), you feel at home. From wine to bitters, everything satisfies even the most demanding palates. Everything is freshly prepared and the fish is truly of the day. I highly recommend! We will be back for sure! Thank you!
