We came across the house and were lucky. Friendliness and courtesy are at home. Simple and clean place. I recommend it.

Excellent no-frills roadside restaurant with excellent, hearthy food, super efficient no-nonsense service, and modest prices. The ambience and level of service is akin to that of an osteria, so do not expect anything fancy. Knowledge of Italian is a must if you want to avoid headaches. Just one unisex toilet with basic amenities but squeaky clean and perfectly functional. Having said that this is a superb choice for those with a low to medium budget and are comfortable with a basic (but very efficient service, hence the 5 stars) and have at least a functional level of spoken Italian. With a restaurant at 75% capacity our food took no more than 10 minutes to arrive and it was superb. Great views over the surrounding countryside overlooking the Sabine hills from the covered terrace.

Simple and familiar environment, nice and smiling staff. Delicious homemade dishes and honest prices. If in the area I recommend going. Dogs welcome. Promoted in everything therefore ♥️

Excellent first courses, good second courses, good desserts....the bitters with coffee are a little too expensive....

By far best Capriciossa I’ve ever had. That alone makes this place truly special and must do point at everyone’s bucket list. Not to mention cosy atmosphere, view, the service and other meals they served. Great choices of pasta, appetizes and refreshing house wine. Convenient, free parking is also a big advantage.

I explain for the service: in the room there were two waiters, the first to whom we addressed was unfriendly and the other also seemed annoyed and he is the one who served us, affable, courteous, smiling. Even if you have a divided room, a smile doesn't hurt... anyway, thank you, have a nice evening.

Crazy lunch, welcoming and cool climate, to say that the day I went to eat there it was 34 degrees, On the veranda they have I was cool with that pleasant breeze, beautiful view.
