I went today. The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the food is definitely high-quality and locally produced. I had the best pappardelle with wild boar ragù ever!

Excellent restaurant in Montopoli di Sabina, in the province of Rieti. A truly charming place with an adjoining artisanal dairy where you can purchase delicious products. The space is truly charming, with a lovely fireplace and beautiful original exposed beams. There's plenty of seating both inside and on the veranda. Now let's talk about the food. I honestly loved everything I ordered, especially the gnocchi with mutton ragù, which was truly delicious. The main courses and desserts were also excellent, all strictly homemade. The staff were friendly, and the prices, in my opinion, were very fair for the quality.

I dined on the veranda, the waiter was courteous and attentive.
Large, thin, crunchy pizza, truly delicious, definitely recommended for pizza lovers.
The platter of cured meats and cheeses with jams and honey was excellent.

A charming, quiet, and relaxing location. The quality of the food was excellent, even the dry pastries and the torta della nonna were exquisite. The staff was courteous and helpful. We purchased some of their own pecorino cheeses outside.
