We go to this melting pot of delights every week. Specifically, we are particularly "fond" of the parmesan, both for consumption as is and grated, the fiordilatte braids, the tomini, scamorze, fossa cheese and an Oscar-worthy culatello... I think it is superfluous to add that the quality is truly excellent. The competence and kindness of the gentlemen at the counter and the impeccable cleanliness of the place do the rest. To try and return!

Commercial activity present for over thirty years. Wide selection of cheeses in all its varieties especially for Parmigiano. Sale of cold cuts. Friendly and professional staff. Prices slightly above average but worth it. Large outdoor parking lot.

Delicious cheeses I recommend goat blue cheese, excellent. My favorite. But Gorgonzola is no joke either

On Saturday 14 September I was in Faenza and I went to this cheese shop for the first time to get some parmesan to take back to Germany where I live and I found a truly special shop, the owner has exceptional professionalism that I recommend to anyone who loves cheese to go shopping.
