Stayed over All Saints' weekend, and everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The dinner was excellent, with a nice wine list. Breakfast was also excellent, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. We had a room with a large balcony and a spectacular view of the lake. The location was perfect, a 15-minute walk from the center... we'll definitely be back to enjoy the wonderful pool.

The location, in season, must be truly exceptional...we happened to be there in early November and in the evening; it was raining in the morning, so we didn't enjoy the great location. The staff was very kind, but the room wasn't what I expected given the situation: rather spartan and unappealing furnishings.

Fantastically beautiful Great service

I went with my family and we had a great time. Mrs. Roberta is the best: kind, available for any request, efficient and patient... she's what everyone wants to find when they go on vacation. I also wanted to thank Davide who pampered and spoiled us at dinner... an experience definitely worth repeating.

A very family-friendly hotel with service like that of a five-star hotel. Super quiet environment. Excellent breakfast. Charging facilities for e-bikes.

Exceeded expectations! We were warmly welcomed by the delightful Mrs. Roberta, and the attentive and caring staff. I'd especially like to thank Mr. Davide and the chef, who delighted my niece with a delicious off-menu dessert. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and it was wonderful: The staff is fabulous, especially the waiter Davide. Even when our room key broke due to an accident, they were all extremely friendly and patient. The rooms were spotless, beautiful, with a comfortable bed and a very spacious bathroom. The restaurant was fabulous, delicious and of high quality, as was the breakfast. There is a pool, a games room, and plenty of outdoor spaces to relax. Even though I only spent one night here, I had a wonderful time! I will definitely be back. (Thanks again to the waiter Davide and the chef, because when my mother mentioned to the very kind waiter Davide that I liked chocolate desserts, they had a fabulous chocolate dessert ready for me, even though it wasn't on the menu. It was delicious, thank you!)

A beautiful hotel in a great location. Very clean, simple rooms, and especially friendly staff. I felt very comfortable there and would happily return.
