The location is undoubtedly beautiful, a highlight between Anzio and Marina di Ardea. The coastline lends itself to long, beautiful walks, sport fishing competitions, and you might even spot jockeys and horses in groups from the nearby stables... and, most importantly, plenty of beach resorts. After a lovely stroll, we stopped here for lunch. The atmosphere is clean, the staff are friendly, and the restrooms are the same as those found at beach resorts. We enjoyed the menu, which included two first courses and two second courses based on fish, one mussel sauté, and one sautéed chicory. The cuisine appeals to all palates, and if you want to add a pinch of salt, just ask. We also had bottled water and chilled house white wine with our dishes. The total cost was €70.00.

Clean environment by the sea. Fettuccine allo scoglio and fried calamari and shrimp excellent. Honest prices.

I often come here when I'm looking for a day at the beach during less crowded periods. It's a facility that directly overlooks the beach and is managed by the same concessionaire. It has a bar and a restaurant with a limited but decent selection of seafood dishes. The staff is friendly but very approachable, as is often the case with this type of establishment. Overall, the rating is positive if you're not too demanding. Personally, I prefer it among those along the Lido dei Pini coastline in Anzio.

My family and I have been coming to Lido dei Pini since I was 7, now I'm 31. When I was little, I used to come more often, now much less. Every time I've been here over the years, I've practically always eaten at this place. I've always loved everything about it: the food, the view, and the location (Alessandro Borghese or Bruno Barbieri mode activated, score 10!) From the reviews, I realized that maybe I shouldn't take it so personally, but the last time I went, I was really disappointed. We called—there were just two of us, my mom and I—and made an early reservation. We were there at 1:00 PM. Apart from us, the place was completely empty, with only one other table with very few people. We ordered appetizers and main courses, and in the meantime, other tables arrived, one particularly large table. I'm not kidding when I say that in 60 minutes, we drank water and Cokes. We're very politely pointing out that we hadn't touched the food until an hour later, when we saw that all the other tables, who had arrived well after us, were being served. The first response was, "Look, they have appetizers," at which point I replied, "We have appetizers too." "And you didn't eat them?" "No." "Here they come." In theory, leaving aside the fact that you've known me for 15 years, we should have said at least something, and it would have been enough to not feel this way, and it certainly would have made a difference, like, "You're right, sorry, we had a small problem, there was a mix-up, we'll be right there." No, with the face of someone who was also doing me a favor, he replied like that. We waited a little longer, and everyone's food arrived, except us. I don't think I've ever done it in my life, but in that moment, between hunger, the heat, the nerves, etc., I got up and left. Positive note: when I went to the cashier to pay for the water and Coke, they didn't charge us hahaha negative note: when we were almost at the door, he repeated "Look, it's coming!" I shook my head silently, I was about to leave and out of the corner of my eye I saw him making the famous arm gesture to show me the way to the "bel paese"! Pure! In Rome, they say the cucumber always goes to the greengrocer! Adding insult to injury! I've known them for years, I've always gone there, but since then I've avoided because I really felt bad. Not the fact itself, because it can happen, but how they responded to me, the f♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ and everything. Too bad.

The place is really beautiful and has so much potential. We also had a great experience with the food. The only downside was the staff. We arrived at 9 pm and, as soon as we entered, we overheard two waitresses commenting to each other, "Here's two more." I understand it was during the week and that perhaps they thought they could close and finish service early, but we weren't the only table that night. The feeling that they wanted to hurry was confirmed by the fact that as soon as I finished eating, they immediately took my plate away. The same thing happened to my companion, whose plate was taken away while he was still chewing. They brought the plates to the table as if I'd forced them. Furthermore, there was never a smile, never a gesture of welcome. The waitresses stood at the side of the room, observing us and the other tables with a look that spoke volumes. We didn't feel welcome at all. The only person who initially showed any welcome was a gentleman, I think the owner.

If you're looking for a place to eat overlooking the sea while enjoying the sunset, you've come to the right place. Excellent food, from appetizers to dessert (we had fish). Wide selection of wines, excellent service (we were served by a very young man; I don't know his name, but he was brilliant!). Value for money: fair. You pay for quality! We found parking even though it was Saturday night. We'll be back!

I had seafood fettuccine and Vermentino white wine. An exceptional dinner. The portion size was just right, too; I usually complain when I'm served huge plates with only 60 grams of pasta.

A good restaurant in an excellent location on the seafront. Adjacent to the beach club of the same name. I've been coming here for a while. The service and food are good. The pizza could be improved. Overall, a positive experience.
