In giro x i monti di Trento optiamo per questa struttura immersa nel verde, con parcheggio annesso ed una visione panoramica a 360°.
Menù tipico da malga a prezzi che però non sono troppo economici anzi (foto allegate), cmq buona qualità delle proposte e della materia prima e nota positiva per le birre.
La pecca è il servizio, un pò disorganizzato, mentre il cameriere che ci ha servito non è stato il massimo della professionalità, inoltre tempi di attesa sono stati troppo elevati, dovuti forse ad errori di comanda.
Nel complesso una bella struttura che merita un servizio adeguato.

We went to Jolanda di Savoia for rice and then it was time for lunch,. . . Heraclius' hut in Codigoro (Fe), located a few kilometers away, seemed close to us. We found a lot of kindness, a well-kept place, wonderful staff and an excellent menu. We had lunch with fish and eel of infinite goodness: cooked well, soft, it combined sublimely with the white polenta. Definitely worth returning

We had lunch and were surprised that the offered entree was then counted at the end. Expectations were satisfactory apart from the first ones being too expensive for the quality of the products.

It is the temple of lagoon fish. Perfect location, we could hear the peacocks wanting to be recognized. Excellent service. Quality food handled as little as possible by the enlightened people in the kitchen. Excellent selection of wines. Maybe with spirits they should review the list but maybe that's fine too.
Let yourself be guided without delay by Pierluigi, an innkeeper to follow with your eyes closed. We will definitely return because in the throes of withdrawal we will have to return to them.

Having set out with perhaps exaggerated expectations, we were disappointed by what we ate at La Capanna, also in reaction to the expense.
On the merits: delta oyster (€8 each) good; very disappointing off-menu starter (30€, 4 mantis shrimps, 3 overcooked prawns, a handful of steamed cuttlefish, all bland and tasteless), starter flavors of the delta all in all good (30€, mullet, fried prawns on polenta, moleca), fried squid with ink and courgettes decent (€35), blue crab moleca nothing special (€40). A dessert, water, wine total €210. Surprisingly, the amuse-bouche is charged. Ultimately, we ate normal things, found in many other restaurants in the area, paying double for them. Welcoming service and environment. The Michelin star remains a mystery, in my humble opinion.

Pausa obbligatoria anche solo per un tagliere ed una birra in una valle mozzafiato. Direttamente sulla pista di fondo nella pace dolomitica ad un passo da Trento e 10 min da Monte Bondone
