19/01/2025: We enjoyed a nice lunch, we ate the insalata di mare, spectacular as was my rissotto alla Pescatora, the exquisite fries, a great place in front of Lake Bolsena

19/01/2025: We went to this restaurant for a family lunch. The location is nice and private and enjoys a splendid view of Lake Bolsena. The place is clean, welcoming with professional and friendly staff We were 9 people and we opted for land and fish dishes. Carefully prepared dishes, never intrusive flavours: - handmade first courses (no small feat): the pinches are delicious, the lombrichelli all'amatricia are excellent and the gnocchi with scampi cream are tasty. -as second courses we trusted the owner and got mixed fried fish for everyone: EXCELLENT, fried to perfection. - side dishes: wild chicory, peppers and grilled aubergines and salad. Very positive quality/price ratio! In short, everything was perfect, we will be back ☺️
