A very nice place, with a beautiful view of Alghero's marina; it specializes in seafood. The staff were all young and courteous. The food was good, with fresh ingredients, but the dishes, in my opinion, were overly seasoned, risking overpowering the flavor of the fish, which is a real shame because the flavors are very good.

The welcome was decent and rather friendly. The prices were reasonable for the Sardinian coast. We had octopus and spaghetti alle vongole. The octopus was good, well-cooked, but the portions were quite small, which may leave you feeling a bit hungry. The spaghetti had a good flavor, but the dish was too salty, which somewhat spoiled the experience. Overall, an okay experience, but not exceptional.

Overall, a positive experience. Exquisite food. I highly recommend the fregola pasta with seafood, quality fish, truly delicious! The desserts are truly exceptional! Compliments to the kitchen. As for the ambiance, it's truly unappealing, cold, and not at all welcoming, despite the exceptional view. I highly recommend music to create atmosphere, and on windy evenings, keeping the windows closed (it was freezing), even though one window was closed at my request. The reception staff were very kind and professional, but I can't say the same about the dining room staff. The young people were kind and attentive, but the older man (I think he was the dining room manager) was very cold, inattentive, clumsy, and kept banging plates on purpose, and unprofessional.

Good food, friendly staff and charming location

I went for dinner with my partner. The location was very nice, private and elegant. We ate really well, and the service was impeccable. Not to mention the girl at the cashier, who was truly kind and smiling. Not like everyone else!

Was here 3 years ago and now back. Ambience is very nice. We had vongole pasta which was good and fresh caught fish grilled which was ok.. nothing very special.

We discovered the restaurant while looking at four other restaurants...a few months later, we were on vacation in Alghero and went there. The food was good...very elegant place (check the napkins; some are torn)....but honestly, we won't be back...the high prices are due to the view, which is stunning...the food could still be better!!!

The appetizers were poor, not up to par with the location and the setting; the tartar didn't really convince us. Main courses (roasted octopus and tempura cod) were delicious, and worth mopping up with a spoon. Dessert was good, but nothing memorable. The bill was a bit steep, but you're also paying for the location, so that's fair enough. The waiters were very professional and knowledgeable.

Afortunadamente simplemente pasamos por este lugar y entramos a ver los recipientes de vino de cerámica. El propietario es el tipo más agradable y respondió a todas nuestras preguntas. A nadie le importaba la barrera del idioma, especialmente porque teníamos vino tinto y blanco para probar. El suyo es apreciado como vino sardo totalmente orgánico! Bonita y sabrosa experiencia!
