It was a spectacular experience. Delicious food, very attentive service and staff, and fast service. The view is incredible!

I dined at the Nautilus Restaurant and overall had a positive experience. The view of the harbor was beautiful, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and the service was excellent: the waiters were professional, kind, and attentive. We chose the tasting menu; all the dishes were carefully prepared, although the monkfish wasn't to our liking. Our only complaint: the wine prices seemed a bit overpriced compared to the menu. Overall, a recommended restaurant for its location and service.

We were only supposed to have dinner on December 30th, but instead we returned for lunch on December 31st and January 1st. The restaurant is well-run, and you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. The prices are in line with the excellent quality of the ingredients used. Everything was made practically perfect for us by Walter and the entire staff. Consulting the menu was superfluous; we were expertly guided every step of the way. It's a pleasure to deal with people who love their profession and put it to the service of their customers in this way. It's an easy win for the location; needless to say, dining with a view of the marina, good food, and service like this creates moments that stay with you forever; it's an added value for the city of Alghero.

Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take photos of the dishes because they were so inviting I couldn't wait to eat! A simply unforgettable experience at the Nautilus Restaurant! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great courtesy and professionalism by the young, well-trained, and always smiling staff. But the real star was the food: the Sardinian fregola with seafood was undoubtedly the best we've ever tasted. Perfectly creamed, rich in flavor and seafood, a dish I'll cherish in my heart (and on my palate) for a long time to come. Another big shout-out goes to the Catalan-style lobster: sumptuous, incredibly fresh, and served in a spectacular presentation that left us speechless... at least until the first bite, after which it was impossible to stop! A restaurant that combines excellent quality, attention to detail, and impeccable service. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.
