Canapé Prato's Bistrò In Salice salentino

We ordered a ham platter as a starter and a pizza as a main course. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre. The pizza lacked flavor. The ambiance was very plain and uninviting. The staff was rather reserved and not particularly friendly.

Before it had much more on the menu, now it has reduced a lot.

We'd heard great things about it, we'd come a long way, and we were lucky to find a table because, even though it wasn't Saturday, it was practically fully booked! Very long tables for 20-30 people. A great sign... And then the pizza confirmed the great work they've been doing over the past 15 years. The staff was attentive and fast. Next time we'll try the first courses, which, by the looks of it, look fantastic!

Exceptional restaurant, exquisite staff, delicious food. The owner, Antonio, is incredibly kind and helpful; he fulfilled our every wish.

I would gladly return for the starter anytime. The price/performance ratio and taste are 5 stars. The primo and secondo were also good, but the price was high, and the "mini" portions were unfortunately completely out of proportion. The dining room/side room was also overcrowded with a total of three groups; too many people, too much noise, and a relaxed meal was impossible.

We went to this pizzeria on a Saturday night. Overall, the food we ordered was good. It was a shame, however, that the fried food was quite disgusting because it lacked salt. Not to mention the disruption caused by some children celebrating their birthdays. They were loud and disruptive the entire time, so much so that even the table next to ours complained a lot, and a man complained of a terrible headache from the noise. I would advise the owner to reserve a room or a spot away from the people dining on these types of birthdays, because if someone goes out to eat and then has to go home with a headache, it's just not right. We wanted to relax with our friends, but this situation also made us feel uncomfortable. If I had to add another flaw, it would be the waiter's service. Everyone was good and helpful except for one, who I believe is the eldest of all, who has absolutely no way of dealing with people and fails to accommodate everyone's needs. The tables are very crowded together, they are not stable, and the chairs are uncomfortable. I don't think we'll go back, our friends were disappointed.

We tried this restaurant because of a special deal with an event we were attending. They chose their menu, but it must be said that it was really good, both the meat and seafood options. I highly recommend the first courses. The only downside was the wait. For work reasons, we went at the earliest time (12:15, because on Maps, the opening hours say "always open 24/7"), so we could finish as quickly as possible. Eventually, we arrived and were told they weren't ready, but it would have taken a few minutes. It wasn't a problem for us, but it was a shame that we ended up waiting almost an hour to be seated, even though we were the first ones there. In the end, between ordering and the wait, we left at 2:15. I recommend changing the time. Otherwise, I recommend the place 😊
