Campeggio Pinarella In Cervia

27/07/2024: I was at the restaurant last night, which was highly praised... in reality the environment is very beautiful, but the flavors that should have involved me... were not there. Very small quantity of dishes, flavors without bite! I took a "stuffed" burrata with pistachio (very poor and lackluster in flavour) while the skewer of prawns that accompanied it was excellent (of course....we are at the seaside and the fish is km0) then I took a slice of tuna very poor, where a sauce was put to give it body on the side (where we know instead that if the tuna is top quality... it doesn't need soya-like sauces to accompany it). Price a little too high for the quality I perceived. Very expensive wines. It's a shame to make a comparison but with the same dishes and a bottle of Cremant (not Trento DOC) taken at Saretina in Cervia (truly another level compared to SDM) and also at Corte Vaia in Mantua....I spent the same amount but I dined and drank with significantly higher quality! I'm sorry but since they painted it to me as a top restaurant with a rating of 9..... I expected much more. From what I can say.... the final rating is 7-7.5 for quality/workmanship/price. The other two I mentioned are 9-10 instead. If they raised the quality of the flavors, I would have even paid more! If you leave the table satisfied you always pay with gratitude and greater lightness. PS those who were at dinner with me confirmed to me that last year they had lunch and dinner several times at Sogno Del Mare and this year they were there a decline

18/06/2024: Stanchi dei soliti ristoranti che propongono da anni gli stessi piatti oppure turnano i tavoli facendoti cenare col timer, abbiamo voluto provare questo delizioso locale consigliatoci da un conoscente. Si tratta di uno stabilimento balneare, comunemente chiamato Bagno, molto curato e con una ampia (ma non troppo) area ristorante, in parte in veranda. L’accoglienza ed il servizio ci sono piaciuti, molta attenzione e cura del cliente, i piatti li abbiamo molto graditi, sia per il gusto che per la qualità della materia prima. Buonissimo il Gran Fritto di calamari e gamberi con chips di patate I dolci invece sono tutti preparati dal pasticcere del ristorante, che essendo di origini siciliane è una garanzia, per cui abbiamo scelto come dessert la cassata, che non aveva la glassa ma era favolosa. La carta dei vini è abbastanza ridotta, forse per motivi di spazio, in quanto il loro stoccaggio ne richiede tanto. L’atmosfera è molto rilassante, non sentirete commensali che parlano a voce alta o addirittura strillano, insomma cenare al Sogno del Mare è molto piacevole sotto tutti i punti di vista.
