Excellent large bottom restaurant with really good prices and wide choice on the menu. The place is on two floors, very nice. Reservations are recommended on weekends. We have been back several times and have always had a good meal. The welcome service was a bit shy, while the dishes arrived quickly. Advised

Friendly staff. Very cute girls and quick to serve. Very good pizza. I would just like it a little lower, it's too high. However, a very important factor is that it is never, ever burned either below or above. Forest chopping board. Spectacular. GT driver

26/04/2025: Immerso nel bosco, locale carino e menu limitato (ma com'è giusto che sia vista la location). Servizio buono e pietanze pure.
23/12/2024: Siamo tornati al Ristoro per la terza volta, scegliendo però di raggiungerlo a piedi con una bella camminata di circa mezz'ora e partendo proprio dal nostro Hotel. Il locale è sempre una garanzia sia per la strepitosa bontà dei piatti sia per la simpatia dello staff. Io ho preso delle tagliatelle con i funghi spettacolari, nelle quali ho sentito tutti i sapori del bosco mentre il mio compagno ha preso il piatto con polenta, funghi e formaggi restando un pochino deluso dal fatto che sperava in polenta calda e morbida e non fredda ed a fette per poter sciogliere i formaggi che, benché buonissimi, non si sono sposati bene in una combinazione a freddo, peccato. Non abbiamo preso il dolce ma 2 ottimi caffè ed il conto finale è stato di tutto rispetto e per niente elevato rispetto a tanti altri rifugi trentini.

Rifugio Fuciade

17/03/2025: Siamo ritornati a pranzo al rifugio Fuciade Si mangia benissimo, cibo di ottima qualità e ben impiattati. Camerieri gentili, servizio veloce, conto in regola per ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Lo consiglio! Bravi e buon lavoro.
22/01/2025: My review relates to the restaurant only. Property is located on a hill and we used a snow cat service to get there, which was a great fun. Building is beautifully maintained and enlighted. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately none of the dishes we ordered met our expectations. Of course everything was nicely served and looked upscale but the tastes were not refined enough. The poached egg dish was just not tasty at all and incomprehensible for me and I could not eat it. The restaurant was full of guest and people on the table next to ours were permanently coughing and sniffing what made me feel very uncomfortable and insecure and staff did not react and I did not feel like getting contaminated.
