Spectacular, flattened with very little rosemary, tufts of burrata, thinly sliced ham, shavings of parmesan, and a little arugula only in the center. I have no words, just delicious, fragrant, not biscuity, and not burnt 💚💚💚💚💚💚💪💪. And then today, January 19, here again, homemade ravioli with Vezzena, sautéed in butter, amazing. Luckily he only used 5. If he had used 10 or more, I would have eaten them all. Congratulations, Chef. And instead, today, pizza chef Alex presents me with a calzone, luganica, buffalo mozzarella, arugula, and shavings of exceptional Parmesan cheese. 💚💪 January 21, 2026

Excellent quality dishes, friendly and helpful staff. They don't take reservations, at least not for lunch during New Year's Eve week, but there were 11 of us, which was a bit of a problem, and we never waited more than 10-15 minutes.
The classic rosti and ribs are our favorites, but the salads are also very fresh, and the Cimbrian one is delicious. The fries? Amazing... 😋😄
Around 4:00 PM, an après-ski happy hour starts with great music... 🤩
Nice atmosphere, and they're very friendly, yet professional.

It's not every day that you find a place like this run by very young people, where you can see they put their heart and soul into organizing weekend evenings that are nothing short of amazing. A huge round of applause to the owners; I challenge anyone at their age to have the skill to make this place work. Congratulations!

Excellent food and a perfect atmosphere after a day of skiing! We've been coming here for years and have tried everything on the menu: from pizza to dumplings to desserts, it's never disappointed. Every year I can't wait to return to Folgaria to ski, especially to eat at Calkera.

Exceptional for me personally. Fast and efficient, and the staff are friendly. I often order the woodland platter or spaghetti with truffles; today, for example, I had the incredible strangolapreti with butter and sage. Compliments to the chef, plus the pizza was light and fragrant, not biscuity. 💚💪 GT driver
