21/10/2025: There is simply no disabled access to go down two floors to access the rooms. No elevator and no inclined plane. Otherwise the hotel is perfect. The water in the rooms is declared non-potable, but unlike in France where hotels are required to provide bottles of water in the rooms when the water is not drinkable, the water is chargeable. It is a bit of a shame for a hotel of this class to fall a little on details.

08/10/2025: VEGAN AND GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS AVAILABLE! Our company spent three wonderful days here for our annual year-end meeting. I was very happy and pleased with the special attention paid to my dietary needs (vegan). One member of our group is vegetarian, and another cannot eat gluten. They also received perfect meals. I'm so grateful for this commitment, because every dish was truly delicious. I want to say a special thank you to these staff members for their kind and warm service: – Deborah, who always greeted us with a smile and fresh, perfect coffee; – Luciano, who made the reservations; – Graziana, who helped with the menu and special meals. One from our group was also a vegetarian, and one gluten free, and they were catered for yo perfection also. I am most appreciative for the effort as the taste of every meal was utterly delicious.
