29/10/2025: The room is relatively spacious and acceptable, but the bathroom is cramped, making showering difficult. Unusually for Italy, it has a strange bidet. A magnificent outdoor area is a pleasant place to relax on hot summer days. Excellent location, centrally located. Given the loyalty of regular guests, there's a family atmosphere that has endured over the years. The quality/price ratio is good, but the rooms urgently need a complete overhaul. If the staff were retained, guests could spend a little more if the place were renovated. In any case, the welcome was genuine.
