Totally professional barista and roaster. The Pazzini family business is highly recommended. Great espresso, and the orzo tastes very creamy. You also get a truly comprehensive introduction to the coffee production process and the company's history. The showroom is beautifully designed by the owner himself, and the coffee selection is very good. I've been a regular customer since my first visit and like to bring coffee back to Germany for friends and family. The coffee is also very popular with connoisseurs there.

22/12/2024: Servizio super cordiale e piatti buonissimi, ingredienti di ottima qualitá davvero nulla da aggiungere, complimenti
15/12/2024: Menu fisso 40 euro a testa senza bevande, onestamente il cibo non è male ma non così tanto da giustificare il prezzo secondo me. Ho mangiato in altri posti della zona spendendo meno e con più qualità sempre a prezzo fisso ma magari con frittata al tartufo, carpacci al tartufo etc. Forse sarebbe stato meglio aver potuto scegliere dal menù
