Totally professional barista and roaster. The Pazzini family business is highly recommended. Great espresso, and the orzo tastes very creamy. You also get a truly comprehensive introduction to the coffee production process and the company's history. The showroom is beautifully designed by the owner himself, and the coffee selection is very good. I've been a regular customer since my first visit and like to bring coffee back to Germany for friends and family. The coffee is also very popular with connoisseurs there.
