Courtesy despite the much work they have to manage. The donut-shaped croissant, which I had never seen anywhere (in the world), and which I struggled to choose in a shop window with hundreds of pieces, each with a different shape and colour: are you trying to confuse me? (which one do you take? ...and what do I know! How can I analyze all these brioches?), it has thrown me into a dimension that I can't give a name to, it has put me in contact with thoughts that I don't know where they came from , ...and a few tears escaped from the organs of sight. I had to stop and breathe slowly for a few seconds before finishing breakfast. I know that food can be sacred, it carries the emotions of those who produce it. I was shocked.
