A truly delicious pastry! Their passatelle are delicious, but my absolute favorite is the diplomat: a real marvel! The pastry is crunchy at the right point, the cream delicate and well balanced, every bite is a pleasure. You can feel the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparation. Every time I pass by there, it's impossible to resist!
