We went there this morning for breakfast... Experience related ONLY to the simple breakfast: Product 5⭐ Service 2⭐ Place with a very aperitivo-like feel Service = 1⭐ slow... Taking the order at the table for two cappuccinos and two pastries... come on... Then obviously having to get up to choose the pasta... Price 1⭐, you may be in the square in Santarcangelo, but two cappuccinos and two very ordinary pastries cost €7.60...? On the plus side, I have to say that the two cappuccinos lived up to expectations, and the sfogliatellas were also very good. Will we be back? .....mmm, probably not

I think I've been to this place, right in the center of Santarcangelo di Romagna, at least twenty times. It's a well-maintained location facing the main square. I usually go with friends or family for an aperitivo. There have certainly been improvements and changes in management over the years, but the thing that's surprised me recently is the prices. You can raise the prices, but there has to be a good balance between product, service, and customer satisfaction. Last time, I decided to switch and order a herbal tea (€5) and a chocolate milkshake or something similar, along with a caffè corretto (Italian espresso). Well, let's forget about it. The service is decent, but the price is truly excessive. It's a shame because by constantly raising prices, you become a niche place, and then you have to serve niche products for a select clientele.
