11/04/2026: Today we had lunch at Trattoria Ghentiana for the second time, and it confirmed the quality of the place. It's not a fake trattoria like so many others; there's no menu; the owner offers a selection of their specialties and what's available at the time, offering a complete and more than satisfying lunch at a very fair price. If they have any available, ask for venison; they're very good at it. I recommend tagliatelle or ravioli in venison ragù and venison stew/braised meat; these aren't things you eat every day. Otherwise, everything is excellent, cooked with care and passion. In short, one of those places you discover by chance and then find an excuse to return at least once a year. 22/02/2026: Kudos to everyone—Walter, his family, and his staff—for their attentive service. All the dishes are delicious. The atmosphere is simple, with meat, mushroom, and vegetable dishes. The wild asparagus fettuccine is exceptional. Prices are reasonable and reasonable.
