We had a buckwheat cake that was very moist and flavorful. The apple strudel made with shortcrust pastry was good, but could have used a bit more apple (in my opinion). The coffee was good. The service was friendly and quick. There's nice seating outside, as well as inside.

Lovely terrace in the heart of Algund. Friendly service. Sun and shade. Restrooms available. Small parking lot around the corner. Bike stand right outside.

Absolutely. Very good cakes and chocolates. They also make special cakes to order, for example, for birthdays, with attention to detail.

We visited the café and spent a lovely afternoon enjoying coffee and cakes – both were very tasty. The selection was appealing and the quality was impressive. The service was a bit slow, but that's understandable considering there are only two servers in a large café – they were nevertheless friendly and attentive. Afterwards, we tried ice cream to go. Unfortunately, the three flavors we tried didn't impress us – there's definitely room for improvement. Overall, a nice place for coffee and cake, with minor drawbacks regarding the ice cream and the speed of service.

I went to this place for a cake... I waited 16 minutes on the terrace without being served! The waitress with glasses looked at me three times... but since I was "only" one person, she turned around and went to another table! The service is a 1* deal... I don't know what it's like! I don't recommend it!

Very centrally located and with friendly service. Delicious cakes and tarts. Excellent coffee. Large selection of delicious ice cream flavors. Great value for money.

Rifugio Punta Trieste

22/02/2025: Rifugio Punta Trieste fue un gran hallazgo en la pista, que ofrece una amplia zona de estar al aire libre bañada por el sol y un acogedor espacio interior. Si bien puede reservar una mesa en el interior, los asientos al aire libre se realizan por orden de llegada. Afortunadamente, logramos asegurar uno. El servicio fue un poco caótico, pero todo se unió al final. Disfrutamos de una variedad de pastas, costillas y platos tradicionales tiroleses, todo bien preparado y satisfactorio. Sin embargo, los sabores se inclinaron un poco demasiado salados para nuestro gusto, que es la única razón de 4 estrellas en lugar de 5. En general, una hermosa parada de montaña con un gran entorno — ¡solo prepárese para un poco de espera y una mano más pesada con el condimento!
21/01/2025: Parte superior del telesilla Pralongia 2. Fantástico Rifugio en las montañas. Gran terraza que es fantástico en un día soleado. Tuvimos unos cuantos almuerzos allí en enero. Gran menú con carnes a la parrilla y ahumadas y cocinadas lentamente! Estuve allí durante un período de 5 años y nunca decepcionó. Siempre ha sido una gran parada de almuerzo!

24/09/2025: A really nice spot right under the historic arches next to the cathedral. We especially like the outdoor seating. Pleasant service: matter-of-fact, professional, and attentive. Sitting here under the arches in the rain is still a cozy pleasure—if you manage to snag a spot. The plum cake and apple strudel were perfect for cheering us up.
