Good morning. I finally discover that there are still realities that today one could only dream of with the times we live in. Well I am referring to Officine Caruso! I would like to point out that being a very precise and attentive person I immediately understood that I was dealing with ABSOLUTE SERIOUSNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM!!! I purchased a splendid car from a distance from north to south Italy, believe me described and advertised personally by Mr. CARUSO (a truly exceptional person as well as all his staff) in every little detail including assistance and maintenance (Something that no one does today). And everything corresponds to what was said and described. I was followed from the first phone call to the delivery of the car to my home and even after that with absolute availability!! Negotiation conclusion up to the purchase, then all the bureaucratic part up to I repeat the delivery, everything perfect and absolutely transparent. Of course it is not easy today to trust buying a car without first touching it and making sure that everything is real... But!! Of Mr. CARUSO you can do nothing but speak well of him, trust is fundamental in these cases and if a person like me (even if you don't know me) immediately trusted him by instinct just by talking to him on the phone. Well I'll just tell you that yesterday evening the car I purchased arrived and I was truly speechless. Perfect car!! So I'll take my leave of this personal review and tell you if you intend to buy a car and sleep soundly. Contact Officine Caruso because the rest is pure fantasy and bad surprises. I have to thank Giuseppe and Rosario for their professionalism and precision. They immediately understood the problem with my Stelvio and literally saved me from much worse troubles. Great team of professionals and above all respectful of the customer. They immediately understood me and explained everything to me step by step. I had to leave the car for a few days and when I picked it up, not only was it the system but they also had the care to let me find it washed. Now the car is perfect, I have already done several kilometers and I can truly say that the problem has been solved. Very kind, they have always explained everything with courtesy and precision. I have never been treated so well in a garage (which is much more for me now). After this episode I can certainly say that if I ever need it again, Officine Caruso will be my first choice. 5 star experience. I'll summarize my odyssey with a Range Rover Sport HSE Dynamic. The car entered protection mode and therefore limited performance. After two months of tribulations between generic workshops and an authorized workshop (Auto Elite Matera, not to name names, - avoid it -) which although generously paid did not solve anything for me, I saw by pure chance a video of Officine Caruso. LOVE sparked. I contacted Giuseppe, the owner of Officine Caruso and even though I am more than 350 km away, I entrusted him with the car. What can I say: competence, availability and professionalism as well as a great passion for his work are the winning combination. Thanks Giuseppe.

The best you can find when your car has problems and you have to solve them. You find professionalism fueled by love, passion and pleasure of work. At Officine Caruso you are not a customer to be squeezed and even more so you are not an Excel sheet to feed a budget. I went to Mercedes to explain the problem with my GLA; they gave me back the car that for the Mercedes workshop was perfect and without any problem/defect. If I had followed up on this I would have caused engine damage whose counter value would have touched 10 thousand euros. Through a mutual friend I contacted Officine Caruso who already expressed themselves on the phone about the probable problem. I traveled 250 km to bring the car: it was worth it. My car is perfect with the problem solved in a great way. If you have problems with your car, do not hesitate: Officine Caruso solves them.
