I'm updating my review: We returned in December 2025, between Christmas and New Year's, to experience a quieter Elba. We were delighted to eat at Cacio e Vino again and enjoy the passion and love with which their dishes are prepared. Thank you for the long chat; it was lovely chatting with you! :) _______ August 2025 - We stopped for a quick pizza and pasta. The owners were very kind. Perfect location.

It was really, really delicious. A bit pricey, but still perfectly reasonable. The service was super friendly. The pizza was amazing, and the celebratory papadelle with wild boar were truly delicious.

We've been there several times now, at longer intervals. The food is consistently fantastic! Pizza, pasta, fish, and meat are all great. You should always reserve a table in advance. We'll definitely be back!

Great experience, one of the best restaurants on the island, it has been recommended to us over and over again by locals. The place is fine, while still remaining in an osteria, the tables outside, for example, can happen that they are a little crooked, or that the chair dances, given the steep floor. The quality of the dishes, and the service, compensate and surprise

13/03/2026: Great hospitality. They were closed but they served us wines and aperitivo.
05/03/2026: The location is beautiful, the inn is nestled in an olive grove, creating a relaxing atmosphere both day and night. The interior is both rustic and elegant. The food is excellent, both for the ingredients used and the preparation and presentation of the dishes. The wine list is excellent. Prices are slightly high, but in line with the area.

26/12/2025: In the heart of this fairytale, colorful village lies Mr. Innocenti Michele's Enoteca, where we stumbled upon it by chance. Excellent food, a vast selection of local and international wines... the tartare and all the ragùs are hand-cut, making a substantial difference to the palate. The staff is young, professional, and very knowledgeable. Well-deserved 5 stars. We'll be back soon!
07/12/2025: I dare say I spent a wonderful Sunday in Bolgheri. A fairytale village! But the best part was having lunch at Mr. Michele Innocenti's Enoteca. A delight for the palate. Starting with the maltagliati with hare, ravioli with butter and sage, ravioli with butter and crispy rigatino, slow-cooked artichokes with ricotta ribollita mousse, mixed crostini with good wine, and cantucci with Vin Santo. A well-kept restaurant, the staff are professional and never intrusive, always attentive. I recommend it if you have a free day! Visit Bolgheri and have lunch or dinner at this Enoteca, it's truly worth it. The motto is "Central wine bar, center of your taste buds."
